Went in there last month and the girl that sold me the phone talked like she knew what she was talking about but now that I payed my first bill it’s not what she said I hate that they just try and sell phones and don’t care about explaining the fees. They don’t know or don’t tell you both wrong horrible customer service

Store lately has been disappointing. You show up and store is closed. Today I show up and sign says, out to lunch. Either get more employees or close down, so we customers can go to another store and not waste time. I know covid has effected everyone but you're a business...adjust
