The UPS Store

Every time I visit this location, I'm helped by Kent. Perhaps he's a manager. I'm not certain. Regardless, he always have me covered! I returned an Amazon package, and he got me in and out after only two or three minutes. I've shipped packages out from this store, and Kent took good care of me each time. He even laughs with you if you need to laugh. Very appreciative of Kent! ✌

I had no problems returning an Amazon package. I recommend using them rather than Whole Foods for a return.

I choose this store to pick up any packages I miss from UPS. The people are always friendly and working to get you thru the line as fast as possible.

Someone was helping me right when I walked into the door. He pressed a couple buttons on the screen and said I'm all done, just grab the receipt and he took care of the package (taped it up for me in the back). I have an Amazon package returned in less than a minute. Great service and convenience!

Customer service was great. I believe the young lady's name was Leah. She went above and beyond to help me get my orders shipped out correctly. Both ladies were very friendly, patient helpful. I definitely will be shipping orders from this UPS store going forward

We've been shipping at this location for yrs. Staff is always above and beyond with friendly service. Even when having trouble with labeling, they have been patient & helpful.

Staff seems nice every time I'm there. The people who give this place a low rating seem to just be upset with how any shipping service works whether it's because they were charged for packing supplies or stood online when they didn't need to.

If you have a pre paid Amazon label on your box just take it to the counter and say you just needed to drop it off and don't need a receipt and they will say okay thank you.

The only time that I stood in line here when I needed a receipt the slow service was not at all due to the staff it was due to customers who were clueless or just slow. Once I got to the register the lady greeted me and apologized for the wait.

I recieved great customer service when having to return an item via mail. Jazmen (that's what my receipt says) was my cashier, and she had great customer service. She was friendly, quick and knowledgeable.

The service and friendliness at this UPS location is amazing! The owner Kent, is frequently at the store assisting customers and help his team. My husband and I visit this location and the one in Middletown frequently. We will never go back to FedEx or USPS. The team and community that Kent has built is awesome.

Just used this store for first time. Both gentleman were very courteous and efficient. A line initially but went quicker then expected. Now as long as my package makes it on time, will use them again.

I frequent this location for shipments and amazon returns. Even with limitations on occupancy, they always move the line as quickly as possible and every single interaction is positive and friendly. I drive out of the way to use this location.
