They had what I needed. Tried Tacoma Screw first, but they just didn’t have the parts. Grainger had them in stock. They were very busy and Neil came out and opened another terminal and helped me get the order entered then went and pulled it himself. Excellent customer service.

Grainger was one of my first “go-to’s” when I worked and that holds true in retirement. Today’s order was for one special machine screw. Online ordering, order status, order ready for pickup, curbside pick (or delivery): all in the app.
