People are very helpful. The Yukon TV program for local TV sucks. What's wrong with simple. Have to download apps, buy boxes, have a smart TV, set up special account. The list goes on. GCI as a company used to be simple, now they think they are something like Netflix

Helpful staff, wait times are dependent upon the time of day. Efficient customer sign in system. I've gotten some card here a few times and the GCI staff is always friendly.

Nice fairly new GCI store. I have a AT&T Samsung S9+ but I can't wait to get a GCI phone because the AT&T in order to turn the mobile data you have to go through like 3 steps (kinda annoying lol) and the GCI all you have to do in pull the top down on the phone and press 1 button! Oka have a nice day!

Friendly service, 5G ready, Alaska centric, unlike those out of state super mega giants. GCI saved my family a bunch of $ when we bundled cable and cell for our whole family with unlimited data. It just worked everywhere we went in AK & the L48+HI. THANK YOU GCI.

GCI is a good phone company and their store on Abbott has exceptional staff. They are always friendly, professional and really seem to care about their customers.
