AT&T Store

I went to my ATT store in Wixom. Robbie the store rep greeted me right away. He was patient, knowledgeable and professional. He listened to me and made suggestions to help me decide what worked best for me.

Justin was a pleasure to work with! He was extremely patient and helpful! I would recommend him and this store to everyone

Justin was very patient kind and made sure I took advantage of discounts from my account. He did all the work. Unfortunately after getting home my Apple Watch wouldn't pair with new iPhone. Next day called and talked to Jake. He tried to help but directed me to call apple support which I did. Problem resolved! Thank you Jake! It was indeed an Apple issue and now resolved. Thank you Justin for your kind and patient service Thank you Jake too for your help. Much appreciate.

WOW. All I can say is that Justin (pictured here) was the best AT&T guy I've ever dealt with. This is the location to go to everyone.

The customer service representative(Justin) who helped me at the AT&t store on wixom road was very friendly and fast and I will definitely be back.

Justin solved what I saw as a mess with my account, had several concerns and he addressed them all with ease and was quick and friendly. Justin was a major help with my boyfriend getting a upgrade on his phone. He was also able to check and make sure everything was working good. He was very professional and friendly.

Justin and Andrew were both so helpful in trying to fix my phone. It could not be fixed and they helped me file a claim. I received my phone and Justin set everything up for me. They were wonderful.

As a fire fighter it’s incredibly important to have coverage in any situation; Justin made the entire experience easy, fast, and stress free. Got me hooked up with a new iPhone and a plan suited perfectly for a first responder. Whenever I have any questions and called the business card he has answered quickly and had the answers I needed. By far the best customer service experience I’ve had, not only at a phone provider company, but at any business I’ve been to.
Definitely recommend all my friends, family, and first responders to this exact location and Justin specifically whenever they ask.

Justin and his staff are fantastic! They took the time to listen to my needs and built a package that worked for me. Justin personally made sure that all of my data from my old phone was on the new device and that my smartwatch was completely set up before I left the store. I saved a ton of money and have a better plan than I did with Verizon.

I will be referring all of my friends and family to this location, there is no better experience around!

I have been with At&T for a while as my cell phone provider. I decided to visit the Wixon rd store since its closest to my home. John, the manager, assisted me in upgrading my phone. He is the nicest and sincerest individual. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his willingness to assist me in every way. He assisted me with my setup and answered all my questions satisfactorily. He was very intuitive in his sales and offered suggestions that was obvious to me was not a sales pitch; but that, he really wanted me to be happy and satisfied with my purchase. I was even more impressed when I received a follow up text inquiring on how my phone and service was coming along a few weeks later. I am definitely not going anywhere else but this location and only to John! John, thank you for all you do! You are truly an asset to At&T and the community as you represent the company. Keep up the great work.

After having issues with T-Mobile, my girlfriend and I were looking to switch, a lot of our friends recommended AT&T, so we went in and spoke with Justin. Justin gave us a very simple yet in depth explanation about some of the plans, and answered the questions we had about the plans and phones. I highly recommend Justin if you were to go into the store, he was very kind and patient! 5/5.

The AT&T Wixom store is my go-to location. Richard and Justin were extremely helpful and provided the best customer service. I came in to replace my phone, and Richard was very knowledgeable about phone choices that would work for me, and Justin took the time to look up current offers and promotions. Even when I returned the next day because I had an issue with a few new apps on my phone, Richard was more than happy to sit down and help me with the apps. The reason I like this store a lot is they both make you feel comfortable.

Andrew was incredibly helpful and answered every question I had. He set me up with an amazing internet and TV bundle that literally tripled my previous internet speeds AND saved me money. If you need anything AT&T go to this store and ask for Andrew or Justin. Between the two of them you will get everything you need and more. Would give 6 stars if possible.

I had an issue with AT&T software for 4 weeks. Extremely frustrated, I visited the store and Justin resolved in 5 minutes. Should have went there in the first place. Now I know where and whom to go to! Unbelievably impressed!! Thank you Justin!!!
