The UPS Store

I stopped into the store on a Tuesday on my lunch break to complete an Amazon return. I wasn’t aware of amazons new policy that customers had to pack their own items. I wasn’t pleasant as I was in a rush (absolutely no excuse) but the team stayed very professional and helped me pack the item and were amazing. I apologized for being a pain in the a** and wanted to give the team a shout out for being top notch.

Customers are the worst … they want the world handed to them on a silver platter. Incomplete addresses, items not packaged, no labels … it’s comical when the customer comes in with something they just purchased and wants to have it packaged and t arrive next day (they expect free shipping supplies, and they are searching through emails for addresses, or labels). Someone needs to teach them about kindness (goes a long way, along with patience)

On the opposite end of the spectrum the staff (Amy and Melissa) are the absolute best (can’t remember the name of the young gentleman-his name escapes me) these three know their stuff. Helpful to a fault.

I have been in there when they have been slammed with packages and it looks like the place exploded with packages. It’s a thankless job. Of all the stores, I can choose from in the timonium-hunt valley-lutherville-area, this is the location I use. My other option if I miss the pickup is to go up to Sparks to drop my packages off.

My Package Arrived In Perfect Condition Due To The Professionalism Of Raj And His Staff!!

This location is fast and competent, easily found with easy parking in front. Other locations, not so much. Good for eBay and Amazon returns, they can print your label from barcode on phone. Best to arrive with package taped and ready to go, then you’re in and out quickly.

This is the only UPS store where I will take my packages. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I guess I would be considered a regular customer, shipping at least two packages a month. All of the staff is great, but a shout out to Mr. Rajan. He provides exemplary customer service.

Because the service is always quick and friendly. I like to get in and get out without any hold ups when I'm on my way to work and they provide that for me.

Iv'e never had any issues with store, not sure why there are so many negative reviews. When I drop in on Sunday the clerk is polite, and quickly process my Amazon returns or other shipment needs. I will keep going here.

I have purchased art items from many auctions and have had various shipping stores pack and ship them—with mixed results. The UPS Store #0542 in Cockeysville showed the most professional care for carefully packing the artwork. Their attention to detail and extra work in ensuring the fragile items arrive safely is second to none. I highly recommend their professionalism and reasonable prices. Outstanding service!

Excellent customer service. They are always polite and does whatever they can to help you. Very patient with me trying to get the cheapest mailing carrier for my packages. I had a package delivered to them by the UPS truck and the called me when the package wasn’t picked up in 7 days. Most places would just return the package.

I’ve been a boxholder at this UPS store for over twenty years, and I’ve never had a complaint! I also ship from this store occasionally, and the service has been invariably convenient and reliable. Mr. Patel and his staff are always friendly, helpful, and courteous. They always provide service with a smile. I don’t think of them as store employees; I think of them as friends! The staff there are wonderful -- very helpful and courteous. It is a pleasure to go into the store. Store is always clean. I woildn't go anywhere else for my mail or mailing packages. Amazon returns are extremely easy.

Oct 2021 I had a rug delivery issue with Amazon and received wrong return information from the seller. Frustrating to say the least to carry heavy rugs into the store and find out my return authorizations were wrong. Virginia was so kind amidst my upset and found a direct Amazon CS number where I could call and get the correct RAs emailed to my phone and then we could process the return. She was exceptional and so was the owner, Mr. Patel. This is my GO TO UPS Store because of their brand of caring service !

Having read these reviews ahead of time, I didn’t know what to expect entering this UPS store. Imagine my surprise when “Bob” the only employee on duty at the time managed to swiftly, kindly and professionally move customers in and out. He helped me with my label by printing me a new one. I didn’t need to ask for a receipt because as he helped with my package he explained he was providing me a receipt and tracking information. Thank you kindly to BOB who made returning a package an easy experience. We forget how trivial tasks done right need to be appreciated too!

Bob told me he was simply helping out for the holidays but I think it would be wise to keep this man on permanently. Employees that are so customer service oriented are rare. I also watched him multitask and do his job with ease and pleasure. Give that man a raise and benefits!

Great place to take my Amazon returns (I have quite a few every week), ship items across the country to family and printing services. This ups is under new management and the new folks there are always very pleasant. All employees have masks on and store is up to date with covid guidelines which is nice to know and makes you feel comfortable.
