AT&T Store

My associate Jazz was fantastic and all interactions with the staff were professional and enthusiastic. They were very knowledgeable and made the transition from one phone to a new phone super easy and they even worked to try to save me money on my plan on things that I didn’t know about.

I had a great experience at this AT&T location. Ryan & Malcolm were extremely helpful in helping me upgrade my phone, and also helped me deal with Apple tech issues after I had an issue getting the new phone set up on my own. They took their time and were very patient while helping me set the phone up properly. The customer service at this store was excellent!

Jazmyne was a professional and helpful person that had to field 3 customers by herself… she did an amazing job.! While Stephen , her manager sat in the back until everyone had been helped . !! Totally inefficient manager that shouldn’t hold that title… maybe if he worked the floor more he could move up to that title… in 3 or 4 years…!

Malcolm was super nice and helpful! He got us a better deal on a plan and helped me get completely set up with my new phone. Amazing customer service!!

Jazz was so nice helpful and quick. She helped set me up new phone in no time while also helping all other customers.

Stephen was patient and knowledgeable and just an overall pleasure to work with. He laid out all my options and even gave me so information on upcoming phone changes. He was definitely customer oriented and not just worried about selling me a phone.

Tee was amazing. She understood everything I asked her. She was patient with me and helped me get a better understanding about my phone and account. Definitely made my experience at that store welcoming and I’m glad she was there to help me out.

Jasmine was a gem to be working for. Greeted customer walking through door, was able to handle 1 to 3 customers calmly never showing irritation, able to direct to products looking for, knowledge on products, ease in helping with set up of new products or problems with product. I was one of the customers on a very busy night.

We went to upgrade my husband's cell phone. We had to wait as there were only two customer service representatives available. It was Tee and Jason. When they were able to assist us, Jason was actually scheduled to be off. However, he stayed well past store closing to assist and we left at 8:30pm. The two representatives were very professional and helpful as one would expect when caring for the public. We felt they were very gracious. We would go there again and recommend this store to others. Patience was the key for all involved. This store was very refreshing as we had just left another ATT store in which we did not get the needed help and they had 4 customer service representatives.

Jae was absolutely lovely and was handling the entire store of customers simultaneously like a pro. I came in for an upgrade and saw her single-handedly help and answer questions of at least four customers in a matter of 30 minutes while her manager was in a meeting. I came in for a trade-in and an upgrade and she made it super easy and was amazingly professional. Jasmine should be leading her own store!

Jazz was very nice and very helpful. Handled a very frustrating issue with concern and made it very easy.

Jazmyn, my sales rep had me in and out with an upgraded phone in 40 minutes after transferring everything. She was pleasant and knows what she was doing. Had good answers to all questions promptly and correctly.

Alexia was very friendly and knowledgeable. When she had an uncommon issue with my account, she sought help from the manager, Stephen. They worked to fix the issue. Alexia made the tedious task of getting a new cell phone easy and painless.

Ms. Jasmin was a great help despite being the only one working in a crowded store she went above and beyond

Tee was so fantastic last night. I, along with eight or nine other people, were customers at the Honeygo location!! She was fast and efficient. She was able to get me and others set up with new phones. As well as cashing out others. Tee, you get five stars ⭐!! You rock it girl!!

The store had a good positive vibe from the intial conversation on telephone with manager to our pleasant greeting upon arrival in the store. Lexi acted as a pro and what she didn't know wasn't afraid to ask the manager. Love the working pleasantly together as a team. A local that is well know in the community walked in and they addressed him by 1st name with Mr. In front of it found that to be cool. Even cooler they didn't make him feel stupid. I think he might be a frequent flyer. Glad I picked this store. Hoping our on going experience is just as good!
