Giant Food

I called looking for a product Ms. Pam personally took the time to seek out the product and told me how many were in stock. When I arrived she was at the customer service desk and directed me to the product. The product was in a locked cabinet, and there was a cashier their to assist me with access and the purchase. Great on phone and in-store Experience.

The prices are to high. I had to bring some food back. It was not right. Giants is not roght..shame. If the management read this can I have a gift card for food for my kids for best month please and thank you.

Always pretty stocked up on whatever you need, customer service 100% al least for me

This place has an amazing selection of doors, including the option to customize them with different textures, sizes, and materials. The store owner was very helpful and even gave me a great deal on all the doors for my house.

I don't really like this giant but it's not so bad that I won't shop there I love Giant

This store seems to be busy no.matter what time you visit. Its clean, stocked well and the hot foods/deli section is one of the best in Bmore. The bakery is nice too. I got in & out pretty quickly as the checkout stations were properly staffed. The price point is a bit high...but heck, it is Giant. Overall, nice store tucked into an urban shopping center. I'll be back soon.

Jasmine and James have EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills. They handled my problem with ease and a smile on their faces, I've never in my entire life felt so taken care of so quickly with such kindness. I hope Giant knows how lucky they are to have such amazing people in there employ.

Great place to shop. I used the pharmacy for the first time today. I was thoroughly pleased with the pharmacist. I explained my situation and immediately he stepped in and solved my prescription issue. Thank you Mr Phamacist. I will be going to this pharmacy from now on. Good bye Walgreens!

I love alot of the older people that work here because they're very pleasant. The younger employees are sometimes unpleasant. Sometimes the produce are not fresh.

These employees work hard to provide the best customer service. The cashiers are fast, seafood staff are courteous, meat department goes that extra mile, and customer service reps are personable and professional. Shout out to employees, Pam and Diamond for making my shopping experience pleasant and to all the porters who keep the store clean.

The store overall is very clean, and I am grateful that I was able to get a flu shot at the pharmacy. I have been a customer at the pharmacy for years, and the pharmacist s are such nice ,and friendly people . They are consistent in their overall care and concern for customers.

I personally have found it cheaper to shop in Giant rather than Sav A Lot or Safeway. The fruit is also what keeps Giant at the top of my list of markets.

I love Giants always fresh food an great freezers to keep my ice cream frozen! Kudo's!
