Customer service was amazing. I went in on 2/11/2023 to get a new phone. I got help from Kobe he made the whole process easy. I was skeptical about the whole process because I had a bad experience with my last provider. Kobe made sure I understood everything about my plan and I was satisfied with my prices. Make sure you ask Kobe for help!!!highly recommend

Walked into the store and received excellent customer service. The staff and, especially the manager (She was very accommodating to make sure I had the best experience possible with switching service providers) not only walked me through the entire process, they made me feel at home doing so. I’ll be a cricket family member for a long time because of this store and it’s amazing staff.

OMG!!!!!! Jhessica is such an amazing help and the most sweetest person, she was able to answer all my questions… Definitely Recommend. The store was clean and very organized. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS BEYOND AMAZING.

Please go to this location the customer service was top notch...Jessica and Lina help with getting service within our friend's budget, and was helpful,not force sell, no rush to pick out a plan. Everything was explained in every way. If I could give a 10 for out of this world service.

Excellent young man named Cobey helped me out tremendously. I'm not very phone savvy myself but he helped me learn some things. Very proficient Manager and employees at this particular Cricket store in Killeen TX. Smile , you're on Cricket 😀

Thank you Dom, Jhessica and Kobe for assisting me on getting my iphone and cell service. They knew I was on a budget and kept me way under it. They applied every promotion they could to the plan. I plan on returning to this location only just bc of their Customer Service.

Staff was incredibly helpful to get me everything that I needed. They worked in a great timely manner when assisting me, & I will definitely be returning here for all my cell service needs!

With 5G starting to roll in everywhere, I am one of the lucky customers having to upgrade my phone🙄 . Kudos to Cricket to at least give you a free option. Yes a free phone. Just went there (location on Willow Springs) to see what the deal was and to get some info. The employee Skylar was awesome. He was knowledgeable, very friendly and he totally made my day. Walked out of there with all my problems solved and my new free phone. Keep up the good work Skylar, You rock!!!!

Fast and courteous, very transparent I didn't feel like they were trying to over upscale me and even through in extra amenities. Great job Cricket I'm staying a loyal customer. They have a really good family plan and no hidden fees

Great staff helped me add my daughter to our plan. It was a small struggle because I didn't know her carrier and she lives in California. But the switch was a success.

Went to this store after not having a good experience at the corporate store on lowes Blvd and the team here Danny and Kia were AMAZING! Danny helped us with no issues what's so ever and his customer service was fantastic. Kia was a big help with her iPhone knowledge..even tho this store was out of my way I will be going to that store for anything I need from now on. Thank you Danny & Kia for all ur help and making my experience better...my son is going to love his xmas gift!

I had a bad experience with a gentleman was filling in a week prior but Zakyia gave me excellent customer service. Went over and beyond to make sure my experience at that store was great. She deserves to be acknowledged for her great customer service skiils!!

Always very helpful, no matter what the turn over rate is. The customer service is definitely there! Although I think Cricket itself should have better deals for existing and long term customers, but that's not a location problem.

I had the a very pleasant experience at this cricket wireless. I have a few situation where i left unhappy with my service, but Ms Zakyia gave the absolute best in class service. This is now the only cricket wireless i will give my business too.
