And goodness did we get lucky Yennefer was working. We were stressed trying to return a large fragile item. We brought in our items in disarray, but Yennefer took care of everything and had us out in minutes, relieving all of our stress.

I've had a mailbox here for 10+ years. The staff are unfailing friendly and helpful, not just with me, but with all the customers in the store. No matter how busy it is they always are happy to help. And it does get very busy around the holidays, as you can imagine. The never seem to fall behind on processing shipments and are happy to help on the phone as well.
It's just been remodeled and looks great. Their mailbox rates are cheaper than the UPS store that's closer to my house.

They are fast! I often bring packages here to return, and I’m in and out of the store (with a receipt) in under 30 seconds. If there’s a line they handle each transaction so efficiently that it never takes too long. I’ve noticed improvement as well — they used to have only one customer service gal and now they have two. Their service is much improved since pre-covid times!

I’ve been using this location to drop off pre-labeled UPS packages. The location is convenient and enough parking spaces in front.
If you are dropping a package with already printed label (such as Amazon item return), you could just proceed to pass the line of people being served by a staff (to your right) and reach the area labeled with “No FedEx” and drop you UPS package there on the floor.

The store is located right next to Mountain Mike’s Pizza. They have a plenty of packing materials & boxes that you could buy and create your own shipping box.

Called and made an appointment for document notarization. The store manager who was also the notary was prompt, cheerful, and took care of the task efficiently. Great service, highly recommend !

I have had good notary and drop-off and pickup service for packages. I am glad we have the store available to us, especially during the pandemic. I appreciate the wipe down of countertops, cc terminals and pens after each customer and the fact that was wearing a mask.

I’ve always had good service at the ups store. I mostly only drop off packages with prepaid labels, but they are always friendly and accommodating. I wish they were open later.

My wife and I have been shipping things here for a few years now and have received nothing but friendly, efficient service. Plus, easy parking: always useful for heavy boxes.

By far the best UPS store in San Rafael. Helpful, friendly, patient employees.

I've used this UPS branch maybe 8-9 times over the past 3-4 years. For packages and to notarize documents. The service is pretty good; but not great, which is why they get four not five stars. But the same is true of FEDEX/Kinko's up the street, where I go instead for their Kinko's-related services.

Pushy, demanding customers generally get poorer service--or even bad service--from the underpaid, overworked staff. Not a good idea to come here with attitude. Lines tend to form around lunchtime, and late afternoon; but not always.

This branch is in the same complex as Trader Joe's and a Rite Aid, which is why I come here. Lotsa parking. Whole Foods is just across the street.

Have been using this store for 7 - 8 years. Sometimes too busy, 2 or 3 people queued for service. Hours are 10 - 6 M-F, 10 - 4 Sat., closed Sunday. Bonnie is exceptionally helpful.

Old lady who works here is cranky and rude. None of my coworkers like using this location to drop off packages bc she’s belittled everyone for no reason. Use another UPS location!

Unbelievable- Sunday arrived after calling first for notary services. This absolute out of control woman (Jennifer Baker) asked me” how many documents” on the phone were needed to be notarized-I replied two. We then headed to the store- walk in,!one other employee there and here comes the dreaded nightmare. She was SO UNBEARABLE, SO RUDE- I will be reporting this incident to her boss because she happens to be the manager. Truly the most disturbing experience ever-. I will be reporting her to the notary board as well- she deserves her license GONE. Unacceptable! The fact she is in any type of leadership role is unbelievable- I would never, ever want my children working beside this unprofessional individual. The poor boy working beside her and a witness to her unbelievable demeaning comments and behavior- I can only imagine the abuse she subjects him too- it is beyond concerning. Just horrendous! Do better UPS store… I will never step foot in that store again- please consider not supporting this location & if you dare steer clear of this so-called manager. You will be disappointed- guaranteed!

Working hours aren't true! I came at 8:30 Thursday- closed. I've waited till 9:00am - still no one inside. I left at 9:30 - it was dead. These are Post services for you
