The UPS Store

The reason I am writing this review is because of Candy’s outstanding customer service!! Candy is kind, caring, friendly, and most of all helpful with all of my packaging needs. This will forever be home store because of her. 💖

An easy drop off experience at this UPS Store. I came to this UPS location since it was on my way back home from work. It's in a small plaza but they have 2 reserved spots for their customers. When I went, there wasn't any other spots available so I parked in the reserved parking spot and went straight inside to drop off my packages. The gentlemen who helped me was very nice and give me my receipt quickly. The store is well organized and looks like they have everything for packaging in stock if you need it last minute.

This UPS to be honest is the best in Granada Hills! This is the only one I go to. I have 2 nearby my house but I would rather take an extra 5-10 min drive just to go to this one. They’re quick and easy and super friendly! And this time I was with the employee Bella and she was so caring.

They were very quick and helpful! I didn’t need to say anything and the employee knew exactly what I needed! (😂 talk about a mind reader) she was incredibly kind as well.

Always quick and easy to get in and out. Parking lot can get full. The store has a few designated spaces just for them. Super helpful. In a strip mall so you can pick up food at the same time. Never crowded. Use this store for Amazon returns. Perfect for me.

This is were I return my Amazon returns because it is near my house. The staff was very polite and cheerful. They greeted us when we got in. They promptly attended to our Amazon return even if we didn't need to pay. Overall, very good experience!

Always give good service and sometimes fast service. I always go here to return Amazon items.

The best UPS store! In Granada Hills on Devonshire is a little gem of great service and pleasant staff who are competent and caring. I will be back.

When Amazon started to charge almost $8 for UPS returns pick up (service was free until recently), UPS stores became the best alternatives.
This specific store was my choice for all UPS services. Clean, efficient, knowledgeable staff, and convenient (open 7 days a week!)

I went in today to do 2 Amazon returns. I was completely unprepared and didn’t have my boxes sealed or labels printed. I have never done it by scan where they scan and print the label and basically do the work for me to return, but associate who helped me was extremely kind and worked quick to get me in and out of there in no time. He was very accommodating and helpful. So far, my best experience at a UPS store. Usually associates only do the bare minimum but I felt this one went above and beyond to make my simple transactions easy and my experience pleasant.

I visited this UPS location a couple weeks ago to get some returns done and ship my Grandma her Christmas gift. Katherine helped me, and she was fantastic! She was so efficient, kind, and made the entire process seamless and easy. This location also followed COVID-19 protocols beautifully, and I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Thank you so much for everything Katherine!

Ali helped me out! I had a long day and luckily this UPS was still open! It made my day. I hate being the person who comes in last-minute but I had no choice, Ali, along with two other female co-workers had such a great attitude and really helped me get my stuff shipped out, they even taped my package for me. I’m very grateful! You guys should definitely check it out. Big thank you to Ali & the crew keep up the great work :)!

UPS is always a great experience but Katherine made it very pleasant and comfortable. I had 7 packages to return to Amazon and didn't realize I had the wrong shipping label. I stuck around to fix the issue with Amazon and Katherine even hounded down a phone charger so i could finish my call. Thank you!

This is my go-to ups store. Even though the parking lot is almost always full, I feel the staff is always welcoming and efficient, making sure everyone is met immediately. Rona is especially very kind and helpful when I come in.

Store offers many shipping services and the service was fast

Ronna helped me. She was very personable and had attention to detail. All the employees working were friendly. If I need to ship UPS again this will be my go-to shipping place! Plus they're open late :)

This place gave me 5/5 service. I came in and asked for a 2x2 passport photo and returned one of my old amazon products. Ali was really nice and offered great hospitality the moment I came in. I forgot the lady's name but she answered every question I needed over the line and was really nice also. Overall great place and will return my products and refer this place for passport photos in the future! Ali is the GOAT

Great fast service. My to go ups hence.

Fast, reliable, and respectful workers, came in to get a few labels created and get a new passport photo,was helped by a young girl named Kat, fast hard worker you could tell, isn’t my first and won’t be my last time coming in; overall great workplace.

I went in the other day to mail some art. The associate that helped me was incredibly helpful! From identifying what sort of packaging it could use, box to use and wrapping it up carefully, he did a great job. He was kind and thoughtful and I appreciated the hard work he put in!
