Went to get some docs notarized. Young gentleman was very friendly and professional. Explained the process to us and handled the whole transaction promptly. My wife and I were very happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend this store.

We are so fortunate to have this UPS store as well as the store in Poulsbo. Great hours and location, friendly service. We have shipped so many packages from there, of all sizes - even canvas art, and never any damage. They also accept Amazon returns which is very handy. Check out their rack of greeting cards. Last time I actually laughed out loud because they were so funny and just had to buy one of each.

I recently used the BI UPS store to get a package delivered next day. Unfortunately it took two days for the package to get delivered. I went back to the store to see what they could do for me. Instead of refunding the difference, they provided a full refund! They went above and beyond my expectations. I really appreciated their customer focus and highly recommend this business.

This place has the best customer service of just about anywhere I’ve done business. Krishna has been wonderful to work with. We have a high risk kid and Krishna and everyone at The UPS Store has worked with us to help make sure we feel safe during this trying time. We used this store for UPS drop-offs so often and were treated so well, we now have a mailbox with them. I can’t recommend them enough.

We ship a lot, both here and when we travel and use other UPS stores or other shipping services. The UPS Store on Bainbridge is by far the best in every way possible.

Have to say the UPS store is one of my favorite places on BI. Now that may sound strange, yet it owes to the incredible heartfeltness and readiness to help of its staff. Have shipped and have them packed two delicate packages in the last month - a framed painting and a violin - from BI to Tampa. Both arrived on the date they said and in perfect condition. It's not inexpensive, but when shipping important items, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Careful and friendly people and there is always parking.

Our local UPS Store crew is very professional and best I have experienced. During my 40 years working for the Navy all around the world and using UPS in San Diego, Washington DC. They always have a smile no matter how hard they are working.

I have always found the team at the Bainbridge Island UPS store to be kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They make sure that whether it is printing or packages everything is handled with extra care.
