Dianna was awesome!! We were asking about a bunch of stuff !! Like so much stuff and details on things and phones that most people would probably just tell you to come in, lol and we just called and she had the answers to everything and she was so nice and informative! Usually we get really stressed out having these conversations but she had great customer service!! :)

Esmeralda was the best! Super helpful! The store was busy, busy, busy and she handled everyone’s questions and payments so quickly! She was very professional smiled and was very gracious. Keep up the amazing work. Girl, you’re the bomb!

I came in without a phone bc it's at the bottom of cherry creek. So I came in and Diana was a great help she got me what I needed and I appreciate her very much thank you again.

Literally walked in to this store and this short Spanish girl flashed my phone with new service in under 10 minutes. I'm not sure if she thought I was being disrespectful by trying to give her 5 dollars from the 9 dollars in change I got back but I wasn't and you should have just taken it because your pay per hr. Plus $5 is a 5 dollar raise for that hr. Just saying. Regardless though I've never had anyone do that as fast as her. Thank you.

I had an amazing experience at this Metro store. The young lady (her name was Maritz) that worked there was very knowledgeable. She looked at the phone we had and was able to show us models that would be at the same if not better than we had before. This phone was for my daughter, and she is extremely happy with her phone.

Marcel, your super talented at your job. Broke everything down for me even when i worried about cost. I was so happy to come in and switch. The music was tasteful and I loved the atmosphere he created in a empty store. Not sure what other people complain about i think the customer is just distraught because this is a great location. (Give your sales to Marcel, very enjoyable conversation and overall experience was super :)

Terrible customer service. Associates at the store have no clue about what are they selling, not helpful and giving you wrong info. I should be getting 100$ refund as per their deal after buying a phone, eventually it appeared that associate at the store gave me wrong info. Customer service on the phone said that they escalated that situation, but can provide claim number. probably lying..

Upd. After I posted review, MetroPcs manager (Alex) contacted me and help to resolve all of the issues. I changed my review to 5 stars because of his help
