Just bought a pair of boots for my wife as a gift here. The salesman was very helpful and answered all of my questions. What might have been me leaving with an ordinary sales person turned into a sale. I will be back for a pair for me soon.

Good boots but expensive

Nice people. Very helpful and friendly. I found a pair of lightweight safety shoes that look like athletic shoes. No more aching back and thighs from heavy leather steel boots. Good selection. I found a pair I liked, they showed me a better pair that was more comfortable, lighter, and cost 20.00 less. Then they gave me a discount.

The boots have kept their shape and the build quality has kept me from many an accident at work. Great customer service from Dan and Aiden was a great help. Whether I am looking for a waterproof boot or a safety toe you can bet my bottom dollar that my next pair of boots are going to be from this store.

Awesome experience! A true sales experience. Dan the manager and his staff gave me great customer service. Well above and beyond to make sure I was happy. They measured my foot and arches, they are truly knowledgeable about their products. I tried on 5 pairs of boots over 3 separate trips! Finally landed my perfect pair! We went to this branch to get work boots for my son who is a Field Engineer. We received the best customer service ever, the owner who happened to be there was very knowledgeable of his products. Based on my son's feet imaging, he recommended specific shoes, he tried different models that's recommended for his flat feet. It took us more than an hour figuring out which one felt the most comfortable and he was very happy when he found the one. He is now walking comfortably at work with his new Red Wing boots, no more feet and knee pain. Red Wing is so worth it. Very happy with our purchase and also the excellent customer received from the staff/owner.

Very good overall experience purchasing my first pair of Red Wing Shoes. I visited this store twice and each time I was greeted by the helpful staff. I explained what it wanted and they assisted to me in finding Perfect Fit to include composite toed shoes that have room in the toe box. The store is a little small but there is ample parking and they seem to have what a working person needs. The annual sale with a real bonus. I will definitely return here again.

I did have a issue with the previous pair of boots that I had. But the store owner Albert made sure I was beyond satisfied and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Last week we tried insoles after those didn’t work he made sure I came in this weekend and he put me in a new pair of boots. I will recommend this store because they do everything possible to make sure their customers are comfortable and happy. Again, Thank you!

I went into this Red Wing Store to buy a pair of boots. They took the time to size me correctly and suggested several different styles of boots for my needs. They were patient and attentive and had good customer service. I have already recommended this store to my friends.

I love their boots! Well ok.. my husband does. Tow truck driver. He can wear them for an entire year before getting a new pair. And they're ALWAYS! "the most comfortable boots hes ever worn". They have them in the width and ankle height he needs. And steel or protective toe. And the staff! So personable and likeable! Knowledgeable and helpful! Love this store and not only is it close to home, but I love coming once a year!

Very nice RedWings store. Quite well stocked and clean. Stopped in after working overnight and even though there were a bunch of customers there, the person working greeted me immediately, and asked what he could help me with. I showed him my work boots, which were in need of a to cap fix. Which he grabbed for me, recommended the right color and had me checked out in 5 minutes. Quite a welcome experience when I just wanted to be on my way. Great service like this is always appreciated, and ESPECIALLY now days where it is often hard to find. Thank you RedWings great products and great service. Keep it up.

I just discovered this location having recently moved to Manassas. It is very convenient for the area. Since I needed to replace my current work boots, I stopped in. Chris was not only able to assist me, but also very friendly during the whole interaction. He took the time to explain the different models and was able to help me choose the boots that would be best suited for my type of work. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I left the store satisfied with my purchase and experience. I highly recommend this place (and Chris) and I will certainly return for business in the future.

Jeff has helped us out twice. My guy has a tough foot to fit, but Jeff is always patient and has great ideas to find the best possible work boot!! This is our second visit and both times he has been a superstar. We left with new boots. It’s a great store and good selection as well. Redwing boots are by far best boots. Finally retired my pair from 4 years to grab another of the same exact style. Small store but had exactly what I needed. Nice not having to drive all the way up to Fairfax anymore!
