Bought what I thought was saline for my contacts & got the wrong thing. Totally burned when I tried to use it. Called the store and got Great customer service from Mitchell in the Pharmacy! I can take it back & get what I meant to get. I shop here often & it's always incredibly clean, well-stocked and inviting. You can grab a snack, meal, gift, prescription, all in one stop ☺

Woman answering the phone and working in the photo department- I will update when I get her name. She was so friendly, polite, treated me like I was family when I decided at the last second to get more photo gifts for my family for Christmas on Christmas morning. She literally went out of her way to treat me with kindness while working on Christmas in the very late night and early morning hours. I can't wait to update with her name and hope she gets recognized for her attitude, work ethic, and customer service. Some people are not cut out for working with people and you find that more and more now no matter what type of establishment.

Associates have all been very friendly and helpful. Couple of specific items I haven't been able to find there. But hey, it's essentially a pharmacy turned convenience store.

Had a great experience at this location today. I asked one of the pharmacist who was very busy if he had suggestions for over-the-counter Eyedrops. He took the time to walk over to the items and gave me suggestions. Really appreciated the helpfulness.

I love going to Walgreens there always very nice workers and great deals I always feel welcome to shop there instead of feeling like I'm being judged and feeling like I don't belong there so I always spend a good amount of time there and I love it 🥰

There is a guy named CJ in there he will take care of you if you have had a bad experience go in and talk to him. He helped me and was very nice and professional. He is one of the managers and takes his job very seriously. He told me he works Monday through Friday during the day so stop in and speak with him. Very nice guy.

Excellent for beginning to end . I wish I knew the names but when I walked in with a problem I was quickly asked if I needed assistance, I did and he provided most excellent advice. I came back the next day per my doctors request and was greeted very well and when a problem arose with my insurance card she took care of it like a boss, next the shot I needed was executed with up most care! I’m not sure the name of all the employees but the date was 4-20 -2020 Chapman Hwy Please thank them for me !!!

The pharmacist spoke to me directly about my RX. I feel that at most pharmacies the pharmacist asks if I have questions, but this guy gave me the low down on common side effects and safety warnings without my asking. I think that’s awesome customer service and care.

I had to go back to return an item that I realized was open when I got home. The staff there was extremely apologetic and nice. They took me seriously and let me exchange the item for something with no upcharge. Tonya helped me and her customers service was impeccable.

The Pharmacy is delightful. Jeremiah is the best pharmacist and answers all my questions. Jonathan, the pharm tech, is super helpful and kind! Some of the other pharm techs act very aggravated when I ask for any help but jon always goes above and beyond to help me.

Good store. Never had a problem. The pharmacists could be nicer.
