My experience at the Huntington and Rosemead store was speculator! Steve’s professionalism and customer service was the best I’ve experienced at any T-Mobile location. He seamlessly answered all of my questions and dealt with our difficult situations with ease and patience. Thank you Steve!

Great service, great deals and the employees were very helpful. Especially Steve, Jonathan and Ortigo. (I think this was his name)
They work at as a team to solve my problem.

Very good service. Came in with my dad to exchange a phone we purchased, bought a second one, and got the accessories we needed. Maria helped us, and she made the whole process very easy! We left very satisfied. Also the store was very clean with plenty of room to socially distance.

Always go to this place, been going here for the past 5 years. Best staff of ant T Mobile in California in my opinion. Go here for all your cellphone needs if your carrier is T Mobile, they will be helpful, funny, and friendly. Federico is the coolest employee there, I love him, awesome dude. He'll help you with anything you need! TRUST!

I like to comment the Excellent knowledge , Positive altitude , Friendliness of Richard Torres. I ask some direct questions with regards to the Moto Phones having certain Features, and he was quick to give me the answer I needed. I decided to buy it at an instance.
He was patient and efficiently, help to transfer the data from my older Moto phones, to the new Moto7, I purchased.
This gentleman has the qualities beyond sales and services.

This is my favorite T-Mobile store. Perhaps it's because it's a corporate store, I don't know. Every single associate I met there had been super helpful and friendly. They helped me numerous times and have gone above and beyond for me! 5 stars all around!

I went to the store today and saw Richard. he was great. My phone was not working and he tested the phone, explained the problem to me, and tried to fix it. When he determined that the phone was broken he did not try to see me a more expensive phone. He seemed honest and helpful. If you are having problems with your phone, I highly recommend that you see Richard at this store.,

Helpful, professional, personable are the adjectives I would use to describe the person who assisted me with a small issue. This is the 2nd time I have been to this particular store in the past six months with the same positive outcome.

They sell phones here. The staff are cool and helpful

The lady Wendy did a great job. Got me in and out quickly. Also recommended a better plan which saved money.
Bring her a coffee. Saw her at a Starbucks next day.

Unparalleled customer service. They always know the cheapest and best plan for what I need, and they don't try to force the most expensive thing down my throat! Definitely worth going a bit out of your way to get to this location!
