AT&T Store

This store and staff is the absolute best! I got a new phone with Caleb and he is so kind and patient and really appreciated his expertise. I even needed to go into the store a couple more times to get additional assistance and was helped right away. Truly appreciate this store- highly recommend this store and att in general.

I came in to AT&T to get in on the Apple Watch BOGO deal and I am completely satisfied. The customer service was 10/10 and the employees were very welcoming and helpful. The store was very clean and organized and I was helped and out the door within 15 minutes. Overall a great store and great company. I LOVE my new watches!

Best customer service we have had from AT&T in a long time. Both guys was outstanding and made us feel welcome. That we even came back to upgrade my son phone.

Cecily gave us the most amazing service we've ever experienced at AT&T, and maybe anywhere else! She is knowledgeable, friendly, knew every discount and savings to offer, and there was not a question we had that she didn't know how to immediately answer. We upgraded 3 lines, she did all the transfers, set ups, screen protectors, everything. Incredible, and can't recommend her and this location more!!!

I went into this location August 14th. About 30 minutes before closing, Dylan was the only associate working He was with another customer and was very prompt to help me. Afterwards, I was porting over a number and was having issues and hitting roadblock after roadblock. Dylan was awesome, he did everything in his power to make sure I left last night what the phone He ended up having to work late because of me. And as I kept apologizing, he kept telling me it's okay. Have you ever got to this location? Ask to speak to Dylan for assistance.

Reps were knowledgeable and great. Suggested new products and best deals for me without feeling pressured.

Christian was amazing. He helped us upgrade and was extremely professional and knowledgeable about everything, not to mention fast. He didn't try to upsell anything, and was only here to help, unlike the Aurora location. I highly suggest coming here for any questions or concerns. It was well worth the longer drive. Couldn't suggest enough!!!

Just moved to Colorado after a short stint in Vietnam don't ask. And I needed to get a new phone and boy howdy did this place deliver brand spanking new I phone 13 and that baby works beautifully almost as beutiful as Cecily wink wink but anyway thank you Colorado thank you At&t and most of all thank you Cecily.

I considered canceling my 10+ service with AT&T after how I was treated at the castle rock location . But I chose to go to the location in southlands instead. The service was wonderful and quick. Dylan was great. I would NEVER go to or recommend the location in castle rock. But thank you AT&T in Southlands, keep up the good work !

We were very impressed and pleased with the assistance we received from store manager Torrey and associate Tony. My phone was at least 10 years old and my husband and I are both way behind the tech curve. They took great care of us!

They were so kind, polite, and knowledgeable with all my questions. I’m tempted to fly back to Colorado every time I upgrade my phone, they were that good. Thank you for your help!

I had the worst experience converting from t-mobile while out of state but my hero, Cecely (I hope I spelled her name right) is the most amazing and empathetic person I've come across in a long while.

She expertly managed our mind-numbing experience and really made us feel like she was there to help us unravel it -- even staying overtime, while keeping a pleasant, friendly, and wonderful demeanor.

She'll take care of you if you go here. Seriously.
