CVS

The New Albany CVS offers an excellent experience including a 5 Star staff both in the pharmacy and the store. I am a long and loyal customer and am treated like a friend as well as a valued customer. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This pharmacy is always super busy but they treat their customers with kindness. They made a mistake in filling my prescription and when I went back to the store, Pharmacist Kevin was quick to help me and corrected the situation.

I have never had issues here. The staff are always busy, which in my mind means they could use more, but they work effectively. The pharmacists are wonderful.

Not sure why there's so many bad reviews for this location. We've had nothing but great service and super friendly pharmacy staff.

My husband and I live very close to the CVS in New Albany. We have never had an issue with the New Albany CVS which was not resolved quickly and conveniently for us as the customers. The pharmacy staff is exceptionally great. The pharmacist on duty always makes sure that I have no questions or concerns with any new prescriptions. The pharmacy always works with me to ensure I get my maintenance medications on time & quickly as possible. If I do have a question, the pharmacist takes the time to answer my question(s) and I never feel rushed out the door. Other CVSs I have been to for miscellaneous reasons have never provided the same exceptional customer service as the CVS in New Albany.

I had a prescription filled incorrectly and Brian helped get me the right prescription right away. And last week my doctor prescribed me the wrong medicine, and Leann caught their mistake and saved me from taking the wrong meds. She was also very patient with me and my many questions. I'm very thankful for this CVS location's professionalism and care.

Baffled as to why this CVS would have such a low rating. I love this location - I come here every month to get my RX's filled.

Staff here is always kind and accommodating. They are busy but usually work very quickly and efficiently.

I'm a diabetic and constantly struggle with prices of my medicine. Because I am here all the time, pharmacy staff knows me by name, and, if they see a coupon or deal I can use, they have always looked out for me and have let me know about other options when i've struggled from time to time to afford my meds.

There are other CVSs I could go to that are closer, but I chose to drive the extra 10 minutes because the staff here to me is worth it.

The only thing that is a bummer is that this CVS doesn't have a minute clinic, but, nothing in life is ever perfect! So oh well!

I cannot speak to the pharmacy part of the store which seems to be getting most of the bad reviews because I do not use it.

The rest of the store is just fine and the employees very nice.

Shakespear provided very friendly + efficient service for my passport photo. I'm not usually a CVS shopper but will return because of his kindness and friendly demeanor!

Staff is very kind and helpful.

Always five star, that's why there may be a delay in drive thru, we all want their personal, five star experience!
