I found the staff quite friendly and helpful. The part I needed was in stock and the gentleman did not try to upsell me to a higher priced item. When seeking a specific OEM hydraulic fluid, he even suggested looking at other places for better pricing on the specific brand, but provided an certified equivalent alternative at a far better price. Isn't it nice to have true customer service?

Very friendly staff! They helped me get the tools I needed for replacing the brakes on my wife's car. I even used the free tool rental program to make my job easier! Thank you!

Man, are these guys helpful! I've got limited mobility so the service to install new wiper blades and batteries is, granted, something they've always done, but I never stop being delighted that they do! Their employees I've come into contact with in person and on the phone are friendly, fast and helpful. The prices are just fine and the selection is vast! The shop is clean, too, and that's impressive when it's snowing and muddy outside!

Not going to lie, everyone at this location is amazing. Quick and friendly. I have had to buy parts for two of my roadside service vehicles here. They have all ways given a fair and honorable price on everything from wire and battery’s to windshield wipers and light bulbs. Even when I did have specialty part for doing at home repairs. Fantastic place.

I stopped in late after snapping my windshield wiper off while it was snowing. Nathan was super friendly and not only got me a deal, but also installed my new wipers for me in the snow and cold. Thanks Nathan!!!

Really great customer service and reasonable prices. Employees are at your service to help with questions and willing to help with anything. My wife stopped in for wiper blades during a rain storm as her current ones weren't doing the job. The employees offered and installed them in the rain for her when she only expected help to purchase them. Just and example of going the extra mile.

Always treated with respect every time i have walked in. I give them their respect and they give respect in return. Helpful and friendly and always willing to search for what you need. If you go anywhere with a chip on your shoulder or expecting special treatment then your going to get the same in return. The bad reviews are not warranted ...great place to shop for auto parts!!!

My experience with O'Reilly Auto Parts was a quick, in and out for some needed oil. The attendants were professional and attentive even though it was a few minutes before closing.

The folks here were extremely helpful and quick to welcome you into the store. Great customer service and found what I needed quickly.

Always have had a good experience at this store. Staff is exceptionally helpful and they price match other stores. Came in to replace a windshield wiper blade and they even replaced it for me.

They took care of me with a bad battery and got my car back on the road. Good service.
