I was heading to a job and didn’t have time to stop anywhere else so i looked at their sandwiches. I got a roast beef and Swiss on an onion roll. I told the attendant im going to warm this a little if that’s okay. He gave me lettuce and tomato to put on it. Made it orders of magnitude better than it would have been, dry and cold. Ty for caring.

A BP gas station with a convenience store. Pretty straight forward. The people who work here are absolutely fantastic. Efficient on the day to day interaction running the cash register but if you really need something they are really helpful.

I like his design here very much. The room is very clean. I like it very much.

Be great if the phone number that was listed was correct and be super awesome if they would validate their lotto before selling them! How do you get to the 98th ticket (the one I have) before anyone has won to even know they aren’t validated yet? Super sus! 🤔

Rude older lady, would not let my coworker serve her own slice of pizza(shop in peace) meanwhile I was able to.....Could sense the discrimination immediately, also did not seem to want to attend us is in a professional manner, took forever to check me out at the register.

This is the 2nd time posting this review as my last review was deleted/removed. I was so excited to use this new gas station because everything was new and bright. I used the air machine one week ago (every bp has free air with crown rewards) and today was my second time. The machine is new and they set it to be offline this time. I went into the store and the employee said I can only use money. So I went out of my way to come to this location and I had to pay for the air since I had no choice to go to a different location with low tire pressure.

First time there!Customer service is rude especially the bigger mid 40s women! I asked if they had the Jack links in a bigger size she replies with (Do you see it over there) if you do not like your job find a new one it's as simple as that. So not only that your card readers only take the chip you are unable to slide your card. What kind of company dont have the card readers that do both. SMH any way I will bot be visiting this location ever again.

Really bad experience with the night teller "Lisa" at New Albany BP Duchess tonight. Clearly did not want to help me, blamed me when the pump didn't start on taking too long and muttered under her breath "not my fault" when I left the store. Refused to give me her managers name, will be reporting her by name tomorrow to the morning manager and will stick to Reynoldsburg Duchess. At least they are pleasant.

Worst customer service. Attendant had an attitude when a customer asked for directions, she wasn't using terms like "left and right " just using her arms and saying go "this way" ...so I chimed in and tried to help, only to receive an eyeroll and "umm I live here, so I got this". Didn't realize it was a competition, just trying to help by using basic words like left and right
