Pretty easy process, got my new phone and stuff transferred in about 30 minutes. Not too shabby, easy process I’m happy. I was serviced by Ty, he was great. Great customer service and good vibes.

Exceptional customer service!! I am so glad I came to this one, the one closest to me are always so rude!! I came here they greeted me and I got helped immediately and got what I needed. I actually felt like they enjoyed helping me rather then me be a burden like the one I usually go too.

Tyrese was very friendly and helpful as he assisted us during our visit!

I bought an iPhone online and another Verizon store couldn't quite figure out how to activate it. This store activated it easily through the expertise of associate Victoria- excellent job today!

Came by today, got me and my kids a 15 pro max. Victoria helped me she was very nice, got all my stuff transferred thank you.

Tyrese (not sure of the spelling) 😀 did a great job transferring data from an old Verizon phone to a new one - and then activating it. He is great at his job and would highly recommend him to anyone.

My husband and I were transferring our AT&T account to Verizon, and Makayla in the Charlestown Road Store helped us. She was fantastic! AT&T was being a big pain about releasing our phones even though they were totally paid off. Makayla worked for hours talking with AT&T customer service on more than one occasion. She finally got them to release our phones, so she could do everything needed to activate our phones onto Verizon. She was amazing!

I worked with DJ tonight on getting a new phone. He was amazing! Very helpful and polite. I enjoyed chatting with him while everything was transferring to the new phone. I've always had great service at the Charlestown Rd location.

Jeremy has excellent customer service! He made the experience so easy! My phone had stopped working and I was just going to use the insurance plan. But he checked and I qualified for an upgrade. He talked me through the options and helped me make the best choice for me. I highly recommend him and this store! He’s laid back and so helpful. He spent over an hour with me and was so helpful. I’ll be back again and again!

Makayla was very helpful. She made sure I had everything I needed for my new phone. She explained everything very well. I would definitely go back to this store for all my verizon needs!

We had a wonderful experience at this location! As soon as we walked in the door Jeremy greeted us with a smile (we could tell even though he had a mask on!) and solved our issue, that we were really agitated about, and even made us laugh while doing it! Unknowingly came in about 30 minutes before they closed, and Sam helped me upgrade to a new phone without any complaint! She worked about 30-40 minutes past store close, was super helpful and polite, and had my new phone up and running with all my apps/pics/contacts/etc transferred before I left! Really good experience!

Came in to this location 20 minutes before store closed to upgrade a device and Sam was absolutely wonderful!!! She is very knowledgeable and made the process seem less and enjoyable. She even stayed past closing to help us!! Definitely go back to Sam if we ever have any issues or make future purchases.
