Very good store. The produce section is very large. Food from the in store restaurant is excellent.

Today I went to Cardenas market here at this location. Never been here. First time there was a female and carniceria. She was looking at me and didn't help me. Two other females got there. She helped them before she helped me but there was this worker named Marcos who gladly helped me and was very helpful and polite always kept a smile on his face. Thank you, Marcos

It used to be Mexicans only, but now even blacks n whites go there too, they're ok, but prices are getting just as bad as everyone else out here. Plus I'm very selective as to what I buy from this place, careful

I’ve always been very satisfied with this store. I always find what I need. My main reason to visit the store is because I really like the hot deli section that I frequent often.

Someone mentioned that the music stinks. I totally disagree. When I’ve visited the store, it’s has always been playing mariachi music which I love. How can you not like our heritage music???

their food is apqays fresh ie bread pastry the meat is fresh fish too and the music is festive as well I always feel like I'm at a party while I'm there! Lol

This store is super clean! The people are extremely friendly even to us gringos. Lol. This was our first time here. We had a mistake made with the meat department and didn’t realize it until we got home. Called and spoke with Javier the manager of the meat department. He was extremely sorry. When we went back he made it all right plus compensated us because of our inconvenience which made us a continued customer. Congratulations to Javier for his outstanding customer service!! Highly recommended this store.

I never got a complaint, but yesterday at night I had a very bad experience with the cashier!!😡😡😡

They should pay attention to the meat department. They have zero sense of urgency on helping the customers. They price things incorrectly. I just bought a "boneless" chicken breast and it has bones. Over pricing, and false advertising. I like the friendly service from the cashiers and its a beautiful store.

I come at least two times a week for the fresh baked sweet breads and yummy pastries! Very clean and always friendly 🙂♥

If you're looking for a quick dinner for 8 and don't want to spend over $40, then enter the the market and turn left and walk straight to the "Cocina" (Kitchen). Get yourself 2 lbs of Birria or carnitas or chicken, large cup of rice, large cup of beans, the salsa and tortillas are included, grab a 2 liter beverage, and presto! Instant dinner for 8 people for less than $40. You're welcome!!! ;)

My family loves Cardenas because of this Cardenas (on Mission Trail in Lake Elsinore). This is the first Cardenas we've ever been to (there were none in the area we moved from; wee moved to Lake Elsinore about 3 years ago) and it's very close to where we live. Great deals on fruits and vegetables (and fresh produce)! And we get our ingredients for enchiladas and tacos here. Lots of parking, nice employees, clean store and super convenient for us. Highly recommended!

They're doing a good job making sure you're safe by regulating the amount of people in the store and giving people the proper amount of space so if you're worried about shopping here just do your part and know they're doing theirs. And the guy outside regulating the amount of customers is also making sure your shopping carts are clean so A+ for this location.

Great prices on fresh vegetables and fruits. Lots of Mexican foods. Small restaurant inside but do not let the small restaurant fool you, have excellent food and plenty of choices.
