John was super helpful and compassionate for my husband's medical crisis. We rented a lift recliner and John delivered the same afternoon my husband came home home from the hospital. I recommend this for all medical supplies.

This company has helped us for the past 7 years since my husbands motorcycle accident. They are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Read all the reviews down below. We all can agree. I could give him Zero stars if I could. The owner is the only one who answers the phone. The most unprofessional and disrestpectful. He told me to go pick yo my sons neubalizer masks. I live two hours away. You need to mail them to me like last time? Like really?Please, save yourself an argument with him. Rude unprofessional con artist. If you're insurance company sends you here for all things DME. Don't go! Ask your insurance company to re-direct.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The man there is EXTREMELY RUDE. He told me my insurance was “a piece if shit” and to go somewhere else. He wanted me to pay him $300 for a machine that costs $150 max and didn’t want to take my insurance. My doctor sent me there BECAUSE they’re SUPPOSED TO take my insurance. I left crying after he yelled at me in front of my kids. DO NOT COME HERE!

Asked for a specific thing, he gave me (from the back) another thing. Tried to return it the next day but he said because I opened it (to use it) that he wouldn't honor HIS mistake. By the way what I needed that day would have been 78 cents on-line and he charged me $13.00. Poor customer service. Will not return.

Worst customer service EVER!
Provided me with my wheelchair worked for for a few weeks, then had to take it back bc of bad smell coming from motor. Ever since then had nothing but problems with them and my chair being worse off then before.. no power, dead batteries, controller not responding. Came in to shop to get the paperwork on chair and was yelled at by Moe.. for some reason he scratched out all the serial numbers on my chair. Refuses to give ANY information or paperwork on what’s been done to my chair Pretty sketchy people. Why would my Brand new chair suddenly have so many problems?

Please dont waste your time here. I came in to ask about a certain item today. Waited 10 min for the old lady to stop playing solitaire. The old man was yelling in a diffrent language on the phone. Both made no attempt to see if i needed help or ask me what i was looking for. THEN when said old man gets off phone, he proceeds to tell me said item im asking about does not exist and has to be special made. Pretty sure this is just a front for insurance fraud.

I work as a medical assistant and I called this place today for face mask, the lady that answered the phone stated that yes she had some 50 pack for 65$ which is price gauging. During theses times it's a terrible thing for a business to do and I will definitely be reporting this business. I hope they change there ways.

Just at the store today. When I arrived was asked what I was looking for explained and they didn't understand? So then walked away and then returned and showed them the item on my phone (non adherent dressing with manufactures name and ref#). She hands me a box and says this the same thing. Well I arrived home open up the box and one of the dressing and it's not even close. Also paid cash and no recipet, which I didn't ask for which is on me. Should have none better she was playing solitare on the computer when I first walked up spoke to her. Oh well,

The worst place ever the guy was very very rude we already have problems and we try to go to people like him to get help a b just treated that way he should be closed down would never go back and give him my business again if you think I'm lying go there and you will see for yourself it's not worth your time money or self-value the way he talks to people is Holly unacceptable and I will be reported him to the Better Business Bureau as well

We called them to have my mother's electric wheelchair repaired, and some foreigner that works there rudely said, "there is nothing wrong with it!" without even looking at it. We finally persuaded him to come out and pick it up for repairs, when he came over (the same foreigner) he was very rude to my mother and her husband. He took the wheelchair, returned it later. And the wheelchair worked ok for a while, then stopped working again. When we called them, they said WE would have to bring the wheelchair in!!!

Fortunately, they will bill Medicare and we will get a copy of the bill and be able to report to Medicare that the repair work was NOT done. We have switched to another place, Roadrunner, that will repair the chair, and he is already on the way over to pick it up.

Do not waste your time trying to get supplies or help. This is just a front for insurance fraud. Go to a reputable medical supply store.
