Store is laid out well, staffed by friendly, knowledgeable employees and regularly discounts items for which they'll accept the coupons I find in monthly mailers. I bought quality thong sandals today for $10 off $35.

Went to Target for a lefty baseball glove for my son. They had ZERO. You need to go to a sports store for selection. Staff was knowledgeable and generous with their time. They let us test merchandise.

AmaIng customer service! Even though they were packed on a Saturday they store manager made sure to do his rounds and even though he wasn't helping every customer he was acknowledging all of his customers. Definitely coming back just for the customer service!

Costco is a weekly stop for me. They have great products and deals. They have great food samples for free.

I was there on Black Friday. It wasn't too busy. The sale they had was GREAT! The associates working were extremely helpful. Much more than other Big 5 stores I've been to. Anyway, the parking was great, prices were Black Friday prices and VERY helpful people working & a lot more merchandise than I expected, Thank you!

Executed job WELL DONE! I went into the store this evening after 9pm shopping for full snow gear for FOUR CHILDREN and myself. The store was busy, of course, but well staffed. I walked out with every item needed all with the help of the staff members. Five employees were working together, attending to everyone, and yet helping one another. I was extremely impressed and beyond satisfied with my shopping experience tonight, especially with a hard night of rain.

Clearance prices are great. Staff was helpful and nice. Went in looking for hiking boots for my sons but they only carry sizes starting at 1 or 2 for little kids. Lots of cool items for camping or sports. And great sales most of the time. Store has lots of stuff for the space so it looks a bit overwhelming but it's always neat and if you cant find something staff is always willing to help

Big 5 was having a sale on shoes and yesterday evening my husband and I found a pair we each needed, on sale, with the assistance of a very nice young man who was in charge of that department. The young lady at the front of the store who rang us up also could not have been nicer. I wish all shopping experiences could be so pleasant!

Ashley and the manager, sorry forgot her name, were so awesome! They know their stuff and polices regarding buying firearms. Best customer service by far to any other sporting goods store, eve other big 5. Drove about 10 miles more due to them having great customer service, bilingual, super friendly and VERY knowledgable! Thank you!

I was looking for running shoes but didn't want to spend too much. I found exactly what I needed and they were on sale. The employee (it may have been the manager) was very kind and helpful. I appreciate good customer service, so we will definitely be back when we need new shoes or sporting equipment.

Truly great customer service and professionalism at this Big 5 location! The store is very well maintained and looked great! Everything in every department is in its place and in stock. Every employee is polite, patient, and professional. I could easily tell that they enjoyed their job as well as the co workers they work with. I left this location very satisfied with the intention of returning. Great job to every individual working here. I recommend coming to this location to check it out for yourself. I'm sure you will also be satisfied.

Nice selections different variety of things like there was a really nice dart boards there , cool glow in the dark basketballs,a variety of alot of different nike sandals for boys and girls .And in the winter they have really nice boots there and they always have alot of sneakers and athletic shoes .It's a really great store I like it alot and the people that work there are very nice and helpful. Very pleasant.

I like this particular Big 5 because the last two times I went they had size 13 football cleats IN STOCK! Also, their prices are very reasonable and the staff is super helpful & friendly. I don't like having to drive all over just to find out stores are out of everything. Great job Big 5 😃!!!

It's a small store wich doesn't carry a lot of variety but we still find what we need, they carry name brands and some less expensive. We've always been able to use coupons. We purchased baseball gear. Great customer service!

Organized very well and that goes great considering ALL THEIR merchandise they have. I really like the ease and friendly manners of their employees A+ ! I learned a few things when I went a couple weeks ago and very easy and smooth returning something this weekend. I'd recommend coming here and F forget walmart

Was able to get swim accessories and bike helmets in one quick stop. Fair prices. Not too busy on a Saturday either.

Staff are friendly and very helpful and anticipated my needs. Store feels small but is packed with goods from corner to corner - better ask for help finding what you need if you don't already know where to find it.
