They were busy and it was nearly closing time, or maybe just after, yet the young man stopped to make sure I could get my wiper blades on correctly. I had, but really appreciated the offer.

Showed up with my new vehicle not having any tail lights or brake lights and seen Iris Frederick in parking lot and asked her to take a look. She was more than happy to help! She replaced fuse for me and still didn't fix so she moved onto break light bulbs. She had to disassemble both tail lights and replace both bulbs and did all the labor herself. She was very helpful and knew what she was doing all with a smile on her face. Very helpful and nice, will definitely be doing all my business with Iris at the Autozone in Salem. Thanks again Iris!

Great place for all your auto parts needs!! I’m in there a lot and Iris Frederick has made a heck of a crew and staff there and it’s just a positive atmosphere in there. Keep up the good work guys and like how clean and orderly it is compared to most packed and clutter auto parts places.

Good prices and they had what I needed when others didn't. Which was nice since most shelves are looking kinda bare at a lot of stores with covid-19 causing shortages.

Went in there and got a part that I ordered and got stuff to tune up my truck and do an oil change . if they don't have the part you need they can order it for you . I would recommend this place to anyone . the staff are very knowledgeable and polite .
