Spoke with John through the phone to make payment. He sounded real busy but was extremely nice and courteous. Very thankful for his help!

The customer service at this SW is unmatched - this is the best SW in the whole city of Tucson.

I needed a few different samples but they did not have the correct bases in stock, so the employee took the time to call around and had another shop make the samples for me. They really went above and beyond to help me.

Whenever I am in need of paint I will stop here before anywhere else in Tucson and you should do the same!

They had the best customer service ever! I always thought that I would never shop at Sherwinn Williams, because they were too “fancy.” Now I am going to make sure to shape there always! They were not expensive, the employee tried his best to save me money (he did!) and they were very helpful and polite! I know where I am shopping from now on!

I own a business across the street, we've had a big problem with tagging on a wall that is huge. When I went to them with my dilemma, they knew exactly what to do and what product would solve my problem permanently. They used an anti graffiti coating on my wall that will repel most all paints, at worst I have to spray it off with a hose. They were courteous, very fair with the price and got the job done right away. If you want more than just a guy behind the counter, look no further, Sherwin Williams it the place to shop, the know their products very well and the also understand the surfaces you are dealing with as well. When you go to the big box stores, I'm not sure of the knowledge of the person you are dealing with, with Sherwin Williams, you get a professional every time.

They have good customer service here and the store is very clean and stuff organized in it place I will use this place again if needed

Excellent and prompt service. Excellent paint. The man who waited on me knew exactly what I wanted and quickly got the correct color and my paint ready AND carried the two gallons out to my car.

SW is excellent when it comes to employee help discussing the correct paint to use for that special project. The colors are amazing and the paint is smooth and easy to use.
