The Vitamin Shoppe

Evan, Sarah, and the others there are always so willing to help me with whatever my requests are. Recently, Evan helped me greatly by calling another Vitamin Shoppe store, asking an associate to deliver the VS brand royal jelly supplement to their store, and it was there in record time! Very grateful and glad that they’re right around the corner from my workplace.

Great service and products selection. The shoppe was very clean and we'll organized. It was very welcoming. Representative was very knowledgeable about so products and how they affect the body. Was able to give me pin point recommendations for the products needed for me. I normally love the vitamin shoppe but this woman really wowed. That female representative needs a raise and major kudos.

The customer service is above and beyond. The young lady took her time to go over every vitamin I had questions, she spent 40 minutes with me. And my order from online was amazing. My daughter vitamin came damage but their fast email support team got back to me within minutes.

Went to the vitamin shop by colonial Dr. Well I have say I was given the red carpet treatment. The woman up front of store knew exactly what I needed. Not just a sales person but knew the product. That is so important to a customer. 5 stars cause she was professional. and at the same time pleasant! Go girl!!!!

Best store eveeeer Zack and Mia are my besties there. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They’ve helped me more than any doctor has ever helped in my life. I know it sounds crazy but as long as your very detailed with them they help to the best of their knowledge with pure sincerity. They will never try to up-sale you and would always have your best interest at heart!

I went in wide eyed and terrified on what I was doing. The people here were helpful and took their time to help me find what I needed. I wish I had gotten her name, but she went as far to go through the ingredients with me a make sure it had all that I needed. This experience was so much better than I had thought! I went in with some knowledge and they helped me reach the goal.

Finally they have bags! Great place to buy supplements and protein.
