Whenever I need a good last minute fit.. they ALWAYS come through 😭 for EVERY OCCASION

My wife needed some clothing for travel. She is not a 20 something which at first glance, you think the store is for 20 somethings. Au contraire! She found a ton of stuff she could wear and not look like she was trying to look 20 something. Great store, amazing prices and sweet and helpful staff.

Very friendly, clean and organized store love to shop here ,I recomend it.

Cuando fui me quedé sorprendida siempre compro hacen años en Madrag y este de el Fashion Square mall en mi primera vez lo encontré súper limpio todo organizado de verdad me dejó súper sorprendida. Vayan y verán que lo que digo es cierto.

This store always has something I love. For special events or date night it is perfect because the clothes are cheap and I always get asked where I shop whenever I wear something from here.

I tend to shop here on occasion, but my most recent experience was not the best. This is because I spent about 10 minutes or more in line when there were several employees working. There was only one girl at the register dealing with a somewhat diffucult customer, which is why the line got backed up. I saw at least 5 employees walk past the line. The manager even came to the counter. But instead of helping get the line down by opening another register, she sat there and
went over the schedule with another employee. Obviously, her priorities were not the customers or her struggling employee at the register...

Horrible service I waited in line for 17 minutes for them to find a bar code to scan the last pair of teddy bear slippers that I had picked up. They couldn’t just scan something for me to satisfy the customer especially after I just spent close to $200 yesterday I brought my sister is here today because I like the experience the first time but after today I will never come horrible manager and cashier

The guy that works there (maybe manager) was extremely rude. I bought a pair of sandals for my sister yesterday. One of them was on the display table and I asked one of the girls if there is another pair because that pair was the size that I wanted so she went and brought the other pair and checked me out at the register. Today I wanted to exchange it because it wasn’t the right size. The guy was extremely rude about it because I didn’t have the box for it. For starters yesterday they didn’t give me the box they just gave me the sandals by it self. The guy was yelling at me for not having the box, how am I supposed to know that I need that box for returns, It’s not like I work there!!!
And then he decided to have an attitude saying “this is why I don’t like working at the back” while checking out my items.

If anything that guy should be fired and if he is the manager then he really does not deserve to be manager, there was another lady there today she was nicer than him, maybe considering putting her as manager instead of a childish person who doesn’t know how to speak to customers. If he would have talked to me in a nice way at least I wouldn’t be writing this review about him.

My first and my last time shopping here. I the floor associates are extremely rude and snatches clothing directly in front of me as if I was not there. The floor associates not once but *twice* almost knocked me over running so quickly in the store. With the amount of running around in the store you would think someone could clean up those corners full of misc items.

Very poor service from manager. She pretty much manipulated the return policy. Employees need retraining on professionalism.
