I love this store! I do a lot of remodels and decorate and I am in the trade industry. This is my first place to I go when I need to buy anything! Salesperson Susan is the best in the industry! Just tell her what you want! Here’s a picture of a very high end fabric sofa bed by American leather company I bought at amazing price . Less than 1/2 off retail!

Consultant Matt Pangelinan was a pleasure to work with! His customer care and support was outstanding. He helped me find the exact item I was looking for. I appreciated the effort he made to meet my needs and ensure my satisfaction. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

We entered into Ashley Store and had a warming welcoming from Matt Pangelinan, he also advised us on the different sections of the store and the sale that we could take advantage of. My husband and I went there just to browse but ended up with a purchase of a daybed/sofa. Matt also assisted us with questions we had, he was very helpful, friendly, and patient with us. We were also able to pick- up our sofa on the same day at the warehouse. The gentleman assisting us at the pick-up dock was super helpful and efficient as well. (Sorry, I failed to get his name). Thank you guys and thank you homeworld.

Our consultant A-Jay was amazing from the start. He was the perfect mix of information, help and customer service. My husband and I can’t say enough about him. It took us a few days to make the commitment and purchase the sectional, so we had lots of questions. A-Jay answered all our questions and concerns at all hours! Ask for A-Jay!!

Awesome shopping experience with Matt Pangelinan Extremely friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable on exactly what we were shopping for regarding sleeper sofas. He showed us a variety of options and answered all of our questions. We’ll definitely shop with Matt again as the entire process from browsing to setting up purchase/delivery was extremely smooth.

My experience here was great. Came to only look but ended up purchasing furniture. Ajay is a awesome worker and really can make a customer feel comfortable. Very rare to come by such a great sales person that is open to giving you all your best possible options. I literally wanted to leave him a tip but he doesn't accept tips. Company should give this man a raise!

My wife and I were looking to replace our old sectional and was amazed when the selection Ashley furniture had. We had the pleasure of working with Louisa who was not only personable but very knowledgeable on the large variety of sofas. She was able to price out our top choices so there was no surprises when we made our final decision. Louisa was very patient while we went back and forth on two options. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision.

Ajay was extremely helpful and personable. He took his time showing us around and wasn’t pushy at all. He got us the best deal for what we went in for. He also gave a sushi recommendation which I look forward to trying. Thank you so much Ajay for helping us find the perfect couch for our family!

Had a great experience shopping for a couch and coffee table at Ashley Furniture. I recently moved into a larger one bedroom studio and needed some more appropriate furniture to make the place home. Shopping for furniture is something that’s somewhat intimidating for me, but I felt confident and am extremely happy with the process.

Shout out to Janet Lozano, the Hone Furnishing Consultant, who helped me from the minute I walked in the door. I had an idea of what I was looking for, but with so many options I wasn’t confident in how to best make some selections. Janet was patient, extremely helpful, and after listening to some of my thoughts, was able to guide me to the best pieces.

After deciding on what I wanted, Janet was also very accommodating when it came to delivery. She was able to secure a Sunday deliver time to North Shore for me, something that wasn’t a readily available option.

Delivery Team was outstanding as well. The guys were incredibly helpful in getting the couch/coffee table into the studio and assembled quickly. Friendly, zero mess, and great with explaining how things worked (couch includes a pull out queen mattress).

Thank you to Janet and the entire Ashley team start to finish. Love the couch and coffee table. Look and feel great in the new home.

Derek was great. Very friendly and checked on us a few times while we walked through the store. He answered all of our questions and made me feel good about my decision to purchase.

Me and the other half were just browsing for end tables not really looking to buy at the time but Brandon and Joanne were such excellent help in pointing us in the right direction. My experience at this furniture store was fantastic. I was assisted by a man named Matt Pangelinan and he was beyond friendly, warm, helpful, and understanding. He was the type of sales man who was there when I needed him, but never too pushy or overbearing. He gave me space to browse at the things I wanted to look at, but when I needed help, he was immediately there with all the answers. Whenever I have to enter stores such as this, I tend to get a bit overwhelmed because of all the options and looks (and honestly some of the prices too)…however, Matt was able to subside my nerves and help me choose beautiful pieces that fit my budget and worked for the look I was aiming to achieve. He also introduced me to the Jonathan Lewis furniture collection, which I ended up LOVING & purchasing quite a few pieces from. I bought 2 custom fabricated chairs with matching throw pillows from this collection and I cannot wait until it’s finished and gets delivered. I also purchased 2 different tables, (not Jonathan Lewis Collection) with the help from Matt, which have already been delivered and look absolutely stunning in my new home. I’ve already received several compliments from guests about my tables.

Matt works with speed and efficiency and charm…and showed tremendous amount of genuine interest in my new home as well as my personal life. While checking me out, we chatted about our families, how we ended up in Hawaii, and our common interests.

If anyone needs help at this furniture store, ASK FOR MATT! He is amazing…so nice, very patient, as genuine as they come, and very knowledgeable. Of course I recommend him.
