Typical grocery store with nearly everything you could want. The best aspect are the non- grocery services like the pharmacy, the florist, and the coffee shop, which is a Starbucks. They have a pretty good deli, too.

Last stop to pick up snacks/lunch/drinks before adventuring up to Mt Baldy. Clean store. Fresh produce (the strawberries I picked up were so bright and juicy looking! Everybody kept asking where I got them from).

Everyone that works here is super nice and friendly!!
They have a great pharmacy and just about everything you would need. There’s always allot of room in the parking lot making it easy to get in and out

I love this store. Vons is the best, and you really do save money using their app and the rewards program. The meat counter is questionable only because they ha e two rude employees, so beware. Other than that, this store is amazing its always clean and well stocked.

Sonny is amazing! She not only helped us process all of our gift cards for our employees, but she helped us find ones that were not on display. She was also friendly, patient, professional, and easy to talk to. She truly made this visit a 5-star experience! Thank you, Sonny!

I'd like to especially thank Claudia for her above and beyond assistance today with not only explaining the out of stock process but she went further and found the product in the back storage at the very bottom of a stack and getting just what we'd been searching for all week. She deserves recognition for her customer service assistance. Thanks for stepping up !

Best customer service among all grocery in the area. The clerks are friendly and fast which is rare these days. The isles are wide and are not blocked with merchandise. Prices are slightly higher but product inventory is always available.

Very well run store. All products are fresh and well presented.

Staff are very friendly.

Generally friendly service. The store is well-organized and clean. It can get backed up at the registers but they seem to be better at managing that these days.

My complaint here is the cell signal is terrible and you can't get a signal in most of the store. If you're relying on the Vons app to add your just4u deals, etc, then you might be out of luck. I've had to go stand by the door and wave my phone around to try and get my Vons Club QR code to come up.

This Vons is kind of hidden which is nice due to its not to crowded and the workers here are very friendly and I got to talk to the manager and he was very helpful when I couldn’t find a certain thing I need to get. Overall wonderful experience

Changed rating from 4 to 5 stars! Pharmacy got us in to get our Covid vaccinations earlier, and store has good selections and great buys (with card!). Only issue is need more cashiers during peak times to shorten line.

Kari is the greatest. I was shopping for my moms birthday and wanted to grab some quick cupcakes. All were bright colors geared more towards a child. She approached me and asked if i needed help. Offered to decorate new ones more fitting for the day. She did a wonderful job and i appreciated the thought and time she took from her work to help me out. She is a great employee. Hoping this is seen by management and that she gets a job well done. I threw my receipt away on accident so couldn’t fill out the survey. Thank you Kari!

This is a great grocery store. There is plenty of parking. They have a great selection of food. The produce is fresh and lasts long.

Gas station is offering gas as one of the cheapest locations in La Verne. The gas station is clean and safe and well lit at night. Clean water and squeege to wash your windows.

Went in today and was looking for something specific... Deanna was SO extremely helpful! She stopped what she was doing and even went the extra mile to search for the item I needed. I went on shopping and she literally hunted me down to make sure I got the item! Thank you so much Deanna! Your the best! 😊👍you deserve a pay increase or something!

Good grocery store. Clean, neat and organized. They have a Starbucks inside as well as a bakery and a good produce section. Also a good wine, beers and spirits section for a grocery store. All in all a good spot. Prices are comparable to other stores as long as you have a Vons club card. Parking lot can get full so be aware of that. There are also other places inside the strip mall. Round Table, Baskin Robbins, Euro Cafe (I especially like this place, European style food). There are also varying other businesses there as well. But overall Vons is a good store. A lot of variety and well maintained.

Standardish, but smaller Vons store. Staff here are great, plenty of dedicated parking. Parking, entrance, aisles, counter, and restroom are accessible. Will return in the future.

Best super market to shop, associate are extremely polite, especially the cashier: Paola, Jocelyn,Wendy,Dimora, Angel the manager. Everyone there give a good impression to customers. I recommend this shopping store.

My first time visiting this Vons store. What can I say? it was very clean and the cashier person was very nice. I purchased Nyquil and a half piece of cake.
