I love the variety of products that they offer in their store. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Always a pleasant experience, the staff is always kind and helpful, and they have an excellent array of Gifts, etc.

Has all the Hallmark goodies. 😃

Not my favorite place to shop. The store has transitioned from a Hallmark store to private ownership gift/ card store. Several snarky employees.

However, I highly recommend the sales associate, Lucy. She is cheerful, helpful and confident. She was a delight; I would definitely shop there more often if the grey-hairs were half as professional as this young lady.

New ownership? The older women who work there are highly unpleasant. I was a paying customer who asked to use the restroom and was told I can walk to Big Lots, it’s for employees only. Would be very disheartening for someone with health related issues to be placed in that position. Aside from that you just don’t feel the friendly atmosphere until they allow you to, if they do. They come off as very judging, and it’s highly noticeable. Very poor way to run things, I’ve been going here for years.

Always shop at this store. Amazing gifts. Went in to purchase a card & the clerk said they are no longer giving out the Hallmark seals. Really. That is ridiculous. Thats a trade mark from day one. Cant believe the corporate office would even consider doing that. If you need to cut back well cut back on your prices......
