Went in for my first time recently after hearing such great things about this place. Ive always seen the store, but didnt know exactly what it was. So after my trip to the dollar store (next door) I decided to stop in. They had a sign out front promoting 40% off, so of course they had me convinced that I NEEDED to go inside. Such a bad idea. That store is amazing. Reminds me of Pier One or Cost Plus, sooooo many cute pieces for home decor. I loved the Christmas items. I ended up with a few xmas tree ornaments and a super cute sign. Became a member of the rewards program. I will definitely be going back.

I always get the most amazing customer service here. The manager has such a friendly and welcoming personality and even took the time to see if she could find what I was looking for online on their site. I ended up ordering 14 tall mirrors and received a discount. My mirrors came in a few weeks later and the wonderful ladies helped me load them with care so that they would get to their destination with ease.

I have only been in Kirkland's a couple of times, but it looks like a great place to go to get things for your home. Many decorative ideas and items. I am not much of a decorator but I like to look at the interesting home decorating ideas. I think most ladies will enjoy this place. Maybe another good place to take Mom!!

Rude person no longer works there :) or at least I havent seen her for almost a year since my last review, so I wanted to update. Everyones super helpful and sweet, especially the girl with the straight blonde hair and glasses (i should know her name by now). Wish they would tell you to save your reciept though, because they do not have a receipt lookup system, so save your receipts if you're second guessing anything! Also: people complaining about price or corporate, this is a STORE review system. Dont give them a hard time for things out of their conteol.

Always find what we need. Customer service wonderful. We were looking for a large livingroom wall clock. Didn't want to spend a lot but the ones we've seen were above what we were willing to spend. We found the perfect wall clock and an added extra goodie it was the last one they had so they clearanced it out and we got it for pennies in comparison to the others we've seen. So happy with the purchase!!!

I love Kirklands! They have so many beautiful and unique home decorating and holidays items. I wish there was one closer to my home. But I will travel to this one now that I know about it. They are just bringing in all their Christmas decor now.

So much nicer than Temecula one. Less stressed and nicer people. No one rams your ankles with their basket! Gas lines are quick too.

Love this store for retail therapy...but I miss the carts....cannot go as often due to a running around 2 year old
