Today @3:30pm I went in to gab a snack while my husband got gas. The store clerk was just a sweet person and very informative. She asked if I had a rewards card and explained the savings on gas, for example, 3 cents off during the week, Saturday & and Sunday, a little move savings in gas. She had such a great attitude 👏 I had a rough day & because of this clerk, I too became upbeat & in a good mood. 😊 Smiling, small talk & humor can go along way & cheer up customers who may have a hard day. She's a dedicated employee who seems like she cares for her job and wants ppl to know how they can save money. Being positive, happy & friendly goes a long way. I wish I knew her name because she was great 👍

My favorite gas station!!! Great location- easy to get in and out of. Awesome rewards program- very convenient always with great deals. I love this gas station not only for its convenience and great prices- but the friendly staff as well! I normally hate going inside to prepay. But at this mapco in Ooltewah i am always greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Makes my day getting gas here!

I am SO GLAD the sales clerk informed me about the MAPCO Rewards program. Friendly & knowledgeable lady just helped my save $0.30 per gallon on 30 gallons of gas (on same receipt) just for signing up for the free program! Wow- that is customer service!!

Great customer service. Awesome loyalty perks. Inside was kept clean and well stocked/organized. Outside area was clean and well kept. All in all, 5 stars.

Cashier gretted me when I came in, they had what I needed and cashier was trianing someone but still took the time to compliment my shirt and laughed at my explanation as I walked out!

They finally replaced the obsolete gas pumps. Now the need to learn how to refill the receipt tapes in each pump so that the can continue pretending to have "pay at the pump" because they appear not to understand that customers have a RIGHT to a receipt upon payment at that pump. It defeats the whole purpose to pump and then to have to go inside to stand in line for a receipt.

Stop Ed bye really quick, it's less crowded and I can get in and out fast
