Publix Super Market at Wilmington Island

This Publix is outstanding. They have some of the best customer service I've seen. Almost all the employees greet you and ask if you need help. They also have no self checkout which avoids the customer consistently feeling like they are being monitored for theft. I tried Kroger's once and did not experience the same atmosphere. Definitely will be a regular at Publix on Wilmington Island.

One of the best Publix anywhere. They are always so friendly, you would think they know us (we visit often but don’t live in Savannah.)
The store is always nice and clean, and well stocked also.
Parking is generally not too bad, but it’s kind of a small lot for a Publix.
Stop by the deli and grab a cake, pie, bread, etc. They do a great job and are always happy to help!!

Montez in the deli was hands down the best. He was so attentive, positive, and sweet! I go back just to say hi to him!

The store is always clean and well stocked. They have great sales. The deli is faboo. But what sets them apart is their friendly staff!

Publix is a very clean Super Market with polite, helpful employees. The Perks and BOGO items help the grocery budget.

I visited this store on July 20, 2023, I want to thanks Jonathan and Sammy for assisting me, the store was clean and I met Mr. Kevin and the GM, it was a pleasure shopping in this store. Dylan thank you for helping me take my groceries to the car. All the employees I came in contact with was so nice and helpful! I’ll be coming back!

Employees are always helpful, polite, and professional. Aisles are organized efficiently and it's easy to locate things and to navigate through the store.

They had the Asian ingredients that I usually buy from Walmart to make a dish. Now I know that when I'm out that way, I have a place that I can reliably shop at. The store is clean and the parking is adequate.

I was in your store last night and must say, it is so refreshing to encounter two of the nicest gentlemen staff you have working in your produce and frozen food section. They seemed to genuinely care about how I was doing and were friendly and helpful without being overly intrusive. Excellent service, clean, and even if someone is busy they will make sure to accommodate your questions or need for help.

After having some mishaps with my online deli order, Brandi was overly helpful and accommodating. I really appreciated her kindness and punctuality to get things done. despite it being busy, she had a great attitude. She sets a great example for the younger folks working there. Thank you Brandi!

Great customer service. Cleanly store. The best part was the pharmacy was open on a Sunday. Both CVS and Walgreens next door advertised open hours for pharmacy, yet were closed. Publix for the win!
