Same routine , talk to the employees this one were all a team , freaking difference , super friendly costumer service. Sir please take a seat right here we be right with you 😶👍

We are right early and a person come to us and we tell the appointment that we have, we was just on for checking that iPhone for my wife and just what I buy what I trade in my iPad for one iPad 12.9 Pro everything was very plain correctly.
but the sales guy was going to his lunch and he let us with the instructor, the instructor was attending to us in another customers and he was from one side to another size answering. It was correctly but I didn’t know if you guys had a lot of people inside the store.
My recommendation is give me the time to the customer that he needs to learn and they need to teach. The new product. They he is try to buy, no complaints just only suggestions and thank you for everything.

I had some problems with my iPhone 13 ProMax (self induced)!
I’m catching a flight to Ohio to visit family, so I’m panicked. I get online with my iPad
and book an appointment at the Apple Store. I can’t believe my luck to get a same day appointment. I rush to get to the Apple Fashion Show location. I check in at the door and a young man directs me to the problem solving area. I’m greeted by an associate named Chris. I explain to him I have an appointment to fix my phone. He checks and can’t find my name and checks something else and finds I do have an appointment, but at a different location.

As there was no one waiting he asked the problem and then worked on my phone for about 5 minutes and corrected my screw-up.

Great place they always help me wit my Apple iPad issues

What can I say Apple hands-down has the greatest computers in the world! I’ve been a Windows user all my life, and I’ve always been very apprehensive to change to the ecosystem of Apple with that being said, the only regret I have is not doing it sooner it’s better in every single way, user ability, user interface, accessibility functionality responsiveness the list goes on and on and on. The price tag justifies this piece of machinery.

Great experience. Top notch customer service. My wife's iPhone was having some issues with the battery and it wouldn't function properly. We first went to Geek Squad at BestBuy under the direction of an Apple Customer Service Rep we spoke to on the phone. That was a mistake. Geek Squad was Zero help. So we went to the Apple store and the took one look at the phone and said the battery needed to be replaced. It was under warranty, so the said give us an hour and it'll be fixed. We roamed the mall for an hour and when we came back they said they had accidentally broke the back glass when replacing the battery, so the gave her a whole new phone instead. I was not expecting that, but hell yeah! Thank you Apple!

Staff were friendly, attentive, and my technician was awesome. Jaymes not only listened to the multiple problems I had, he clearly explained everything that would take place. My phone problems were corrected and he explained information using language I could understand. Very thoughtful. Would recommend Jaymes without question.

I came in on 9/6/22 and received excellent service. I came in around 4pm with no appointment and was taken care of immediately. Was locked out of my iPad and needed a reset. Jaymes took care of everything and I was out the door in 20-30min.

I've been coming to this Apple Store for over 5 years and have always received great service--- even when they're busy.

I’ve got help in getting my lost left side of AirPods Pro ear piece by Toni! He has been so helpful and quick in typing! Lol! Just wanna give him a 5 stars for the excellent service. 👏🏻

I had a great experience visiting the store today. My iPhone’s bottom speaker wasn’t working so I asked one of the employees (Ishman) for assistance. He said that typically the bottom speakers needs to be replaced by he offered to clean my speakers instead and see if that helps.

He did this without asking me to book a Genius Bar appointment and did it close to the time when the store typically closes. That surprisingly fixed my issue and saved me a lot of time and money.

Thank you, Ishman for taking initiative and truly caring about your customers! I hope I spelled your name correctly.

Justin was our Apple expert when we came in. He was so knowledgeable and helpful and was so lovely to deal with when we were sorting out an awful situation. Thank you Justin!

Apple Camp 2018! My kids had a great time and the staff was so friendly and happy. Thank you all so much. Priceless memories.

What can I say this place is the best! I have been here a total of three times. I always have to ask to make an appointment for later in the day as I live two hours away and am not always sure when I can make the trip. The staff here is phenomenal! I have never had to wait more then two hours for an appointment. The staff is very knowledgeable and always very helpful. In the words of one of the employees “why would you ever take your phone to your carrier, we strive to make our product work the best in any situation, they just want commission.” Since coming to this store I have always come back. Thanks guys.

Zack & Randy (as well as the entire night crew 8/5/21) were absolutely amazing. Super patient and helpful. Calm but steadily busy and helping their customers. Great customer flow and experience. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend for any apple product needs!!

Came here to pick a up a Mac I had just ordered online 1 hour before. They make you have to pick an appointment online but you can definitely come in earlier to get it. It just depends on how many people are actually waiting in the store. It was super quick and easy. Would record this store because the other apple store told me the computer I wanted was not in stock anywhere and I would have to order it but that clearly was not true.

They got me in fast. I made an appointment, I was early they got me in and out. The fix might be more than the product so I gotta see about that. Apple for life!!

One of the microphones in the phone was messed up, I went in around December eighteenth, paid and got it fixed. Unfortunately the internal microphone was messed up and I had my phone replaced. Gerald did an amazing job of helping me out on January 11, 2020 when I came to get the phone replaced. He was very kind and understanding. He’s a very professional guy. I really liked the great service. Will be coming here again.

Not as busy as your usual Apple store. Your best bet is to make an appointment, and be on time for it. I had an appointment for 2:45pm today, and arrived at 2:55pm. Although I was late, I was still seen within the first half hour. Any other Apple store will have you waiting for hours! Not sure if it's because it's the middle of the week (it's Wednesday today) or what, but it was probably the most pleasant visit I've ever had to an Apple store.

I phone 10 screen went bad. I was able to set up an appointment or next day. Hardly any waiting and Josh provided quick service. New phone screen in an hour, still under warranty.
