Walmart Connection Center

I made an appointment, but arrived late. I explained it was unavoidable and they were very understanding. They notified me when my car was being worked on and when completed. They also took the time to help me with extra questions I had about something that I thought might have been broken . Turns out nothing was wrong, saved me from any unnecessary charges if I had taken it to get checked elsewhere. Kudos to them !!

Plesant experience, I especially like the self checkouts, therefore I don't have to deal with rude cashier's.

Normal experience

This has been my local Walmart for about 18-years, and lately, before "the pandemic", it has really gone from mediocre to terrible - compared to other Walmarts outside the Pensacola area. The produce department is nasty; produce is old and spoiled; and the scales are filthy and sticky. The meat department smells of rancid carrion and the selection is almost non-existent no matter what time of day. The Deli department and the service are terrible, sloppy and rude. (I have actually taken requested items and simply dropped them off in the frozen meat coolers or on the nearest shelf because they are so nasty.) You can tell the manager... nice lady... and she's reasonably polite, although she acts like an obviously flagrant health violation is a personal insult to her, then she says she'll "look into it" and nothing, absolutely nothing ever gets done. The stock clerks are rude, pushy, and pernicious - like the customers [who pay their salaries] are in their way. This store is horrible! I hope this helps.
