Dragging my wife to this bestbuy was a hard sell because we’ve had terrible experiences with service and trying to find things that were “on stock” at the Dimond location. We’re pretty chill people so figured it was a one off thing, but it was every time and on several different occasions.

When Melvin greeted us at the door with his positive attitude and offered to help us find anything we needed without being asked, we felt way better. He offered to at least point us in the right direction, which was way more human interaction than we’ve gotten in the last 4 trips to dimond combined. When we got to the aisle we were looking for, all of the display headphones worked, and the stock was where it was supposed to be too. Neither can be said for the location down south.

It’s worth making the trip for this one even if it’s a few miles further than the south location

Although the store generally has minimal staff - understandable given recent retail trends and pressures - the customer service is very good. The employees were friendly and responsive; helpful with a complicated purchase.

I ended up returning the thing I had just ordered online as we had another family member already order it. Staff were so kind and helpful and everyone seemed to have a great attitude!!

Was greeted upon entry, they had no issues with my CamelBak. Employees helped me find a good computer for my situation.

Micah at the Geek Squad auto was professional and friendly. He helped with my viper autostart.

Thus location was 5 times faster than their south-town counter part. Much appreciated the 'no wait' time compared to waiting 15-18 minutes at the Dimond location. A++

I don't know why Google even asks for reviews about big brand box stores.

Best Buy is fine. This one is clean and the staff are helpful.

We went to best buy to get paper for our Polaroid and advice for hard drives. Ryan was attending us checking the stock and explaining to us the difference options and features of each product. The service was so good that we decided to let a review.

WOW!! I am so pleased with the customer service provided by both Mike and Ryan. Mike had helped my mom and I find a receipt from over two years ago in order to prove I had warranty on one of my devices. He was so helpful and patient. Then Ryan helped my dad purchase an IPad, he introduced Best Buy TotalTech to us. If you haven’t heard of this subscription that they offer I highly recommend asking! He was both kind and very informative. Overall I am very thankful for their incredible customer service!
