So sad to read the ad reviews. I've never had a problem here. Everyone is always so nice. And as far as Amazon Returns they scan the code off my phone and before I'm back to my car I get a text that my return was accepted, no need foe a receipt. Keep up the great work guys you all are the best! Thanks Lois

These group of employees deserve a metal with all of the business they receive. The three employees that were there today , has a line at the door and a few customer do get a bit impatient. One employee was taking care of the Amazon and drop off group. The other two managing the rest of the necessary services. They were very friendly and acknowledged that fact that people were waiting ,during the 10 to 15 minutes that it took for my service . Chris is always smiling and takes the time to comment on anything that he may remember from a repeat customer. I definitely recommend this location. Clemson Corner, Frederick MD.

Always super polite and fast for returns for Amazon. They're very helpful for shipping questions as well. They're always so busy but give each customer the attention the deserve.

The staff at this location are the most dedicated and professional individuals that I have worked with! Their jobs are demanding and thankless with the added pressure of servicing rude and entitled customers. Wormans Mill store, we see you and recognize your hard-work, grace and patience!

I had sent very confusing instructions for a brochure print job. The owner is so nice and had stopped one print run because the picture was not printing clearly. He’s very careful and helpful.

So I'm not sure why this place only has 3 stars. It was clean and well organized. The staff was prompt and courteous. Alfonso (#171309) was great, had me in and out in no time. And he answered all my questions.

This is the best UPS store. They are always busy but are very friendly and helpful every time I am there. I had a ship a large order today and they made it seem so easy!

I'm with the person that said they don't get all the negative reviews. I've never been treated with anything but respect and friendliness here. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful -Every. Single. Time.

It's true that they don't give receipts for Amazon returns, but they scan it right in front of me and I usually have the notification from Amazon that it's on the way before I get out the door. I admit, I was a little concerned about this at first, but in all the years I've been using them and returning (A LOT) of things, I've never once had an issue.

It's also true that there are sometimes long lines...yeah, well that happens everywhere. But it most certainly is not because they don't hustle or have a "sense of urgency." I have been in line with a return and had someone come in and try to cut the line because "Oh, I'm just dropping off for Amazon." Well Karen, so is everyone else. If you don't want to wait in line, come back when it's not peak hours instead of bashing the store for making you wait your turn.

Regarding taping up boxes - yeah, they do charge a fee. If they didn't, everyone would just bring their random stuff and expect them to pack it. But, one time I made a mistake with some items I was returning to Amazon. A few things didn't need to be boxed but one did - I ended up boxing the wrong item. He told me there was normally a fee, but not to worry about it this time. He then helped me unpack and repack the box with the correct item and taped it up, no charge.

I am in no way affiliated with the store or anyone that works there - I'm just someone who has been going there and receiving great service for a LONG time. I know this is long, but I feel like the negative reviews are way off base and wanted to share a totally different opinion.

I've used UPS regularly in different areas for different Amazon returns. I had a frustrating, not-so-friendly, not-so-fast experience at another Frederick location recently, so I came to the Wormans Mill location next time because it was the next closest. I'm not sure how this store doesn't have closer to 5 stars. They were VERY friendly and service was fast. The atmosphere was light-hearted yet professional, different from other UPS experiences in a GOOD way. I had a long day and was working on less sleep than usual, and didn't feel like making this errand yesterday. But they were quick and made me laugh when I didn't feel like it. So I would definitely recommend this location, and as long as I'm in the Frederick area, this will be my go-to location.

This is the best UPS store. The people are very nice and helpful. I've never had an issue with the service I recieve. I am up there a lot and it has always been great.

I love this store, quick, friendly, efficient! Even when the line is long, the amazing staff at this store moves it quickly. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Love the Worman's Mill UPS! Staff are excellent in everyway! Also, I really like that they do not hand off your package to USPS for delivery. I've had several packages that I sent through a different carrier and they do hand off to the local USPS which have been lost or delivered to the incorrect address.

This place is always packed but the employees are super helpful. Even with a long line they get you in and out quickly and always get my packages delivered.
