AT&T Store

The staff at this location are very professional, helpful, and friendly.

When I entered the store, there was a long line. One of the employees immediately told me there would be a wait and they would be fully staffed at a certain time.

I left, came back at said time, and was helped immediately. The service was excellent, the employees are intelligent about the products and I had no issues at this store.

It was the best experience ever and the employee that helped me was so nice and very knowledgeable about any answers I needed.. 10/5 stars

Jane Floyd was absolutely amazing. Her knowledge, technical expertise and compassion was over the top. She knew every aspect of setting up new phones for my wife and myself, transferring our apps and data from our old phones, and resolving all of our questions and problems quickly and efficiently. Thank you Jane for a wonderful experience.

Our customer service representative Jane Floyd was exceptional. She tried everything with tech support to make my current phone work but it was too old and not even manufactured anymore. She got my husband and I into new affordable phones, a tablet and all the accessories we needed. Our updated plan was only slightly more than we were already paying. She took her time setting everything up and we never felt rushed. I highly recommend seeing Jane for any assistance you need.

Went in with my mom yesterday to switch from Verizon to AT&T. Jane helped us out so much! She answered all of our questions and then some.. she was also able to get our bill down so much lower than our Verizon bill. Jane went above and beyond for us and we left happy customers. Highly recommend!

Went to store to upgrade my IPhone. Logan was a delight to work with - very personable & informative. He "multi-tasked" between me and another customer and was able to keep the process/download to my new phone very quickly. Made everything go so easily - Thanks Logan!

This store is extremely well run. The staff are so helpful and nice. Jane/Janeava and Kiya in particular are the epitome of calmness which is so refreshing when dealing with the craziness (to me) that are all the tech choices and settings and compatibilities. THANK YOU both so much for a very nice experience getting a new phone and moving everything to the new phone. Jane made it easy. Highly recommend this location! Jane was very professional and knowledgeable. She helped me pick out a couple cases and had an answer for every one of my questions. She may have convinced me to switch providers and join the AT&T family!

Jane at the Fairborn store was unbelievable. I have been trying to get my billing straightened out for 2 months. I came into the store today, which isnt even the store I got the phone, and Jane fixed everything. She stayed with me while I talked to customer service, she fixed my AT&T app and also combined it with my AT&T Internet so it's all right there on my phone . She was extremely knowledgeable and very Professional in Addressing and fixing all of my issues. She explained exactly what I should be paying and what I was being overcharged. I would recommend anyone to come see Jane if they have a problem. She is great. By far The best experience I have had with AT&T.

I don’t even have the words to describe how thankful I am for the help Jane and Jose provided today. My father is in the hospital and I had to get a new phone for him and everything transferred. Jane was so helpful and her tech skills are amazing! They got me set up and provided laughs along the way that my soul needed. Thank you Jane and Jose. Today, I got my new phone which was set by Ms. Jane. She was so helpful and nice. She even helped put on my screen protector. Whenever you go there ask for Ms. Jane. I had a nice time conversing with her as well. She was really really nice. Thank you Jane

Jane is the best!!! Great knowledge, super helpful, stayed late to finish our transaction, and could actually type with her super long beautiful nails! Her singing is actually good!!
