Purchase a Tru Red Paper Shredder this evening. Cindy, who maybe is the Manager is why we decided to purchase at Staples. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, she also told us we could save $15 if we signed up on the Staples App, which we did. She explained that Staples is very customer oriented and if something happens to the shredder in the warranty period, we may bring it back to the store for exchange or refund. This is important after a bad experience at a rival store that did not honor the warranty on a six month old shredder even though it had a one year warranty at time of purchase.Staples has my business from now on !!! Thank you Cindy for your excellent service!

I was welcomed from the moment I stepped into the store. Jack was an amazing staff person. He knew exactly what I was describing and although it wasn't in stock, he ordered it online to be delivered direct to my residence and I was able to use my current rewards toward the purchase. Thanks Jack for your cheerful attitude and helpful manor. This was a night and day different experience from a store on the other side of our city.

This store is absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond for some print items that my organization needed for a large fundraiser and they even stayed open past their regular hours as we were running late to get back to the store to pick up our print items. They even did some shopping for us throughout the store to have all items ready for us as soon as we arrived to make checking out a smooth process. Would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of print materials or office supplies.

They have very knowledgeable staff. Once I walked in I was greeted and asked what I needed and they knew exactly where everything was. I have to say Brittany provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. The store is very open , bright , organized , and well cleaned. Going down the isles browsing there was near nothing out of stock.

I got some stuff printed here for free which was nice.
it was only about 5 or 6 sheets of paper total, but I still appreciated the kind gesture of the guy working here when I came in.
I also got a good deal on a pretty big trash can!
this is a cool place to get a lot of stuff that other stores like Walmart, Target, Safeway, etc. MAY also have...
but those places don't specialize specifically in selling only household & office products like Staples does.
they also don't have as many choices as Staples does!
well, I really hope the company doesn't go out of business because I like coming here!

These folks saved our event! We ran into some last minute issues and the staff were incredibly accommodating! They went WAY above and beyond to help us.

Was very easy to find binders and when one of the binder I needed wasn't on the shelf but was in upstock, the associate got it for me no problem. Cashier was nice and connected me with the associate who helped me

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I needed something to promote my new business like “yesterday”!!! I called Jeremy in the printing department and explained my dilemma. He walked me through how to design a postcard on the website over the phone. Jeremy was so patient and kind to me. This young man literally put my fire out within minutes! I’ve never ever had a printing job done so quickly and precise. I was thoroughly impressed and pleasantly surprised. Thank you so very much, Jeremy! You was instrumental in helping “Balloons with a Boom” inaugural’s weekend a great success! I’m forever grateful!!!!!!!

Gentleman named Crow that works here. He’s great. Efficient, knowledgeable, super fast in customer service. All while handling multiple customers at once. Give this man a raise. He just made me a fan of staples!

Friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. Picked up an Ethernet cable from Lowe’s that advertised it could handle gigabit speed. It couldn’t handle more than 100mbps. Staff helped me select a cost friendly solution. Have also purchased a very nice lazy boy desk chair several years back it’s still very comfortable and in great condition!

I can only speak to the print shop but I’m so impressed, I thought I would write a quick review! The customer service was amazing! Roxanne was wonderful. She was quick, friendly and very customer service oriented. I would go back to have my printing done here just because of the one employee with whom I interacted!

I came in to get some printing done, and the guy working there (I should have gotten his name) was so helpful and patient with me. It took me some extra time to figure out how to get all of my documents sent and once I did, he allowed me to write down all of my page ranges and details for each job - about 12 jobs total. He also let me check all of my print jobs once they were done to ensure that everything looked good. Lastly, he helped cut down on some of the costs through the rewards program and other deals! I really enjoyed my experience today and will be coming back for any future printing needs.

Mr. Quinten, the manager at the New Center Point Colorado Springs store, was extremely helpful recently. Superbly organized, I needed 169 pages printed on the last day of the Veteran’s Day sale!!! I remembered this not long before store closing, hurried there and arrived to find customers ahead of me!😫 Anxiously waiting in line, calculating the expense including the AWESOME 25% discount, I prayed for a smooth transaction. Not only did Mr. Quinten patiently answer my questions, he also had some very helpful suggestions which enabled me to have multiple copies made instead of the one I had initially planned. Due to his timely service, I was literally able to find more great sales throughout the store, retrieve a specific form of payment I had left in my vehicle due to my well organized, hurried planning😅 and leave the store just AFTER closing! He graciously unlocked the door for me and thanked me, though he deserved many thanks! Thank you so much for your patience and impeccable customer service, Mr. Quinten! You R-O-C-K! Staples will forever have my business after my recent experience with the manager, Quinten. Hands down the best customer service I have ever had!

Everytime I come in, no matter who is working, there is always someone who immediately greets me and can point me exactly to where I need to go for what I'm looking for.

One time I had a question, and where one employee didn't know, another stepped in to help.

The products can be a little pricy, but I don't mind when the have such helpful staff on hand.

Very kind and helpful staff here! We found these awesome covid time capsules they were giving away, we were able to ask for some extra copies for my mother's preschool class, they were awesome and accommodated us! Definitely will he returning to this specific location!

Sam was extremely helpful! Came in to get a gaming chair before Xmas but they are out till after. He called up another store and reserved one for us! Such great customer service
