The two lady pharmacists here are always so nice! They are fun to talk to as well. The staff is really helpful. I actually drive a little extra to get to this location. It's almost always quiet in there and it never has a line. Everyone has always been courteous with me.

Went to pick up a one time prescription. It was ready when expected and the pharmacy staff was especially courteous and professional. She seemed to truly enjoy her work which made the interaction very pleasant.

This Rite Aid Drug Store has employees that's very helpful in helping you and they are very friendly. Drugs department is very friendly people also. They make sure your Meds. are ready when?you arrive to pick up your Meds.I get all my Meds. fill at this store on 29th. St. Hbg. Pa.

I love coming to this Rite Aid! The pharmacists are AWESOME...as well as the store associates!

I often go to this rite aide, lastnite being Saturday August 8th I went in and bought one item only the young man at the register was just rude keep looking at his phone and just seemed not to wanna be bothered doing his job or attending to customers, it's my 2nd experience there with this same young man just being ignorant I did call afterwards and let the manager know about my experience, cause the other worker's aren't like that

Of all the pharmacies in Harrisburg that I have visited this is definitely the worst. I went to put the Booster on my son and being in the waiting room she asks me if they had already put it on 🙄 being us the only ones in the waiting room and there were only two people in the recipe book. It is definitely my first and last time choosing this pharmacy.

I got out of the hospital 8 days ago. Switched to Rite Aid pharmacy 7 days ago, however never received all my meds. My dr wrote all new scripts to Rite Aid . There were 27 in total. Dr's office has confirmation. I received maybe 8. I have been calling for 5 days and no one picks up. I was told to call 1800 Rite Aid. Called today. They told me someone from upper management would call me but couldn't assure my meds would be delivered as I am in a wheelchair. No phone call no meds. My Dr's office called local and 1800 number same thing. THINGS ARE NOT RESOLVED! I have been without over 2/3 of my meds for 8 days! Rite Aiid, does someone have to die before you correct the issue?

Got the COVID booster shot only to find out they didn’t put it in the system and now they have no record that I got the shot. Don’t come here for anything pharmacy related.

If it wasn't for the one Black pharmacist I would have left this horrible place long time ago. This location never has the basics, staff is smart and lazy, scripts take weeks to fill, got a drive thru you can even use. I'm so sick of this place. This is the last time I come here!!!!

The lady's in this pharmacy was very very rude to me this is the third time they have gotten rude with me I need to know who I can report them too I go to this pharmacy because it's closer it is not right that they have to be so rude.
