Big 5 Sporting Goods

We were looking for pellet guns and they had all kinds. Can't complain, target shooting has been a fun thing to do every now and then. Big 5 carries all kinds of sporting equipment, too. I bought my kids' cleats and soccer balls here. Worth every penny!

Went there on this rainy day! Their Staff ( young Girl ) very kind and resourceful she helped me find what I needed. This is my first time there but definitely going back when I need to.

The greatest sporting goods store around. This is one of the last standing sporting goods we have in California. You're able to get some tennis shoes snow boots sports clothes sports equipment. They always have wonderful sales and they have a clearance section. Goes camping gear fishing gear. customer service is very nice and friendly the other day I came to get some shoes my girl and a sales person was outstanding.

Friendly employees. I had a few hours to wait until my ride and spent it leisurely shopping (as luck would have it they were having a clearance sale!!!) and to my surprise, the staff didn't seem to mind this nor did they follow me around or rush me to make a purchase like most stores do if you dont buy what you want and are out of the door in 20 minutes. I can't say how much my husband and I appreciated this as I don't know the area too well and wasn't comfortable waiting outside for my ride by myself for 30 minutes let alone 2 hrs. THANK YOU!

This is a really good store. I was greeted immediately when I walked in, and helped out by a few very friendly and helpful female sales associates while I was there. I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, but I found a couple things that I could get as an alternative, plus a fun impulse buy. So, it was a successful shopping trip, all in all.

Has to be the Best Big 5 in the city. They open up on time and they're very professional. 👍🏿👍🏿

Still friendly, helpful, patient and professional staff. Convenient location with lots of free parking. Good assortment of merchandise at reasonable prices. Glad they survive the terrible economy.

Great service is just that I asked for 2 pairs wide shoes and they only brought one wide and the guy said both are wide but it's ok

Great place for quality running shoes at a reasonable prices. Big 5 seems to be the only business not affected by Covid. I say this because they have kept thier prices the same as before the Covid crisis. Ample parking. Friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend Big 5 for your running shoe needs.

Xochitl the front cashier is a smiling and welcoming force for this store. Very kind and helpful. Matter of fact, almost all staff members were ready to help me if I needed assistance. I love that. I felt important during my visit. No bs. Either they had something or not. But very helpful people nonetheless.

Yes it can be messy, but that's only because like in many stores it's the customers who leave things laying around. I saw an employee cleaning up after two kids who were playing around with some items and their parents didn't say anything. Meanwhile employee was being polite and offering help to customers. They didn't have the item I was looking for, but the manager called another store and for me and had them hold it for me. Good service.

Both the security guard and the clerk were polite and helpful plus the store was clean and well lit. I found the beanie I needed at a good price and was rung up quickly and efficiently by the friendly cashier. My only minor nit was that there was a weird homeless person hanging out on the public sidewalk outside the store making weird sounds but this wasn't the fault of this establishment.

Got myself and my son a great pair of Nike and New Balance shoes on sale during Presidents Day sale. Great price on both shoes. Staff was helpful and quick. Free parking in the back.

I always find the things I need and if I don't they order it for me. Manager Marcus and his team are always very knowledgeable and helpful with the utmost courtesy! Best customer service ever. Highly recommend Big 5 in Palmdale, Calif.

I love Big 5 because there are practically every imaginable item for the entire family for almost any physical activity and sport. Plus, they often have sales on every item eventually, if it hasn't sold out. The staff are always helpful and knowlegeable, and they have a great return policy. They have been in business for a very long time and I hope they will continue to expand.
