Have mainly purchased their EUROSTAR brand of shoes

They hold up pretty well

The staff was cool. the only thing was that when they were checking out the shoes i was purchasing the Gold Air Jordan sticker fell off the box. i noticed when i got home. If its not too much trouble mail it to 3266 Wembley Ave, Chino Hills Ca 91709.

Quite a good selection of shoes. friendly staff. Good parking. Would recommend for someone looking for brand name like Nike, Puma, Converse etc... at reasonable prices WSS is the place to check out.

Store never seems to disappoint the shoe lovers experience, very helpful employees and their wide selection of shoes,boots and clothing apparel gives the shoppers plenty to choose from, both the Garey and Romona store's are a great comfortable experience. Low prices too!!

They were well staffed and everyone that asked me if I needed help was very polite and helpful. Decent prices too. It was a great shopping experience that I haven't had in a long time.... You know why. Lol

Its a nice clean store the lady working was very helpful she showed us how to clean a shoe the right way and the have a good veriarty

Excellent customer service, as soon as u walk in and throughout ur visit to make sure you are being helped or if u need help with something, they offer to carry ur items to the front for u so u dont have to hold it all, if they are out of a shoe u want, they always offer to locate nearest store that has it available or to ship it to your home, always have good variety of clearance, store is always organized and clean. Rewards card is the best when I reach 250 points and I get my $10 Reward to spend which is frequent for me since I love to come here often I've already gotten quite a few rewards bucks back and those points add up to a reward quickly enough that I dont have to wait long to get another one....

I was hunting for work boots today and expected a tremendous amount of money to be spent. I first went to WSS in Montclair and got horrible service. Sad! Really. Some people, many people actually would say they were just nasty people. I left to this WSS in pomona and believe me this location was very cool! Enter Juan. He was a great fella , perhaps the best employee there, and I know a thing or two about recognizing good employees. Juan is something like we've never seen before. I've met many many people but none like this helpful homey. He not only helped secure my purchase of boots but also surprised me with the great price they were on sale for. Definitely better service here than the swamp that needs to be drained in Montclair. Juan was very very classy and made buying shoes great again. Thanks a bunch juan! Absolutely terrific!

Husband surprised me with a detour to buy me a couple pairs of shoes before taking the family to dinner. Staff was helpful and now have a member discount card. Have plans to stop in on Friday to buy kids new kicks as well. Anette-Fleur De Lis Furnishing ⚜

Couldn't find proper shoes for the boys at the thrift store. Decent shoes in the $35-50 range here ...I hope they hold up to boys!!

This is my favorite shoe store. More specifically this is my favorite WSS location. The staff is very helpful and make sure you get everything you're looking for. Great well managed store

Security guard there was really helpful when i had my hands full with my kids and he guided me to the right spot... I had no problems at this store i plan to go back amd buy my kids more shoes there..my kids love there style shoes....thanks to gilbert ( Security guard)that day for your help...good looking out .

It was really good especially this worker who went looking 4 the other shoe he went all around the store looking for the shoe and it turns out it was on the other side of the store on display thank u very much and he was really nice

Went to the Pomona location and it was a pleasant store gentlemen greeted me when I walked in and out. Cashier was fast very polite.good customer service like this store alot
