I had a good experience with the current pregnant lady manager I wanted to exchange some items I had purchase just the day before but when I got out the car my receipt flew away she was able to track it down and refund me my money I appreciated her time and willingness bcs sometimes in other Ross they can be super rude I'm glad not in this one which is the one I frequent more often

Good service had the candles i was looking for the security guard greeted me overall good experience. Parking is amazing store was surprisingly clean.

I always go here to buy jeans for work. No matter what they always have them in size. Good place to buy jeans.

This is the place for all styles,out of all the Ross places they have biggest selection of home goods and toys for the kids each on has they strong but yeah clothes have all sizes and just like every store they are covid compliant glass between customers wiping down after ever transaction must be alot of works thanks guys!!

Twenty years ago, this ROSS used to be a Movie Theatre. The transformation to a ROSS Store is amazing!😊 Nice Store, in nice location. Lots of Parking Space, available. The Mgmt. Staff here are awesome. They have a "sense of urgency". When the Purchase line gets long, they call a Cashier, immediately, to open another Register. I appreciate that! The Purchase line moves fast at this ROSS.

Love this store, I never can just go in for the item I came for. Something else always manages to jump in my cart. I could get into big trouble , if I looked around too much !!! ✌😊

Its kept very clean and organized. At the moment the fitting rooms aren't open but still have their 30 day return policy in tact.

Wow! I went to Target first, & the prices at Ross are amazing! Better than Target for home goods!

This Chino location is Larger than the Chino Hills and the Pomona locations. Their selection is bigger and some the clothes are still in S-T-Y-L-E! The Staff is pleasant and helpful.

I always love Ross. Lately the shoe selection has been a lil disheartimg. Other then that great place to hunt for that special item you don't even know you need 🌞🌞 happy hunting

The only thing I did not like about it is when I entered the store you know there's a security right by the door what she said welcome but she was looking like the other way she wasn't looking right at me she's looking at the opposite side like she had to say it like welcome was not no eye contact at all I thought that was rude
