I have to say went there yesterday my husband bought a couple pair of shoes I wish I would have got his name, a young Hispanic man My husband probably tried on 10 pairs of shoes. He was so patient he was excellent. Great, customer. Then we went to the other side and purchase a couple of knives. The salesperson was so friendly and kind And she rang up our purchases and offered me to get the emails so I would definitely go back..

A good location that was very friendly considering we were just looking around. They answered questions and had a good attitude.

I am signed up for their email club. And there are times I'm able to vet things I wanted and at a lower price. Especially on shoes. Husband goes through shoes rather quickly and it doesn't help our Papillon will eat his shoes. So when I can get a sale and extra off, I will take it. But I do call the 2 in my area to make sure which one has his size and color.

I love this location. The staff is pleasant. The cashier made me feel like family. I went in to look at shoes and fishing gear. No hurry no pressure.

Excellent attitude very helpful and determined to help me with my exchange without a receipt for a pair of boots that were gifted to me, and went above and beyond by helping find a pair of work boots. I must have tried on every all black boot, hiking boot, and shoes they had until we found a pair that fit right. I felt so bad that Skilynn had to keep going to the back room to bring me out pair after pair. But she did it all with a smile and a willingness to help. I really appreciate her for all the help and the shoes that we found are perfect. Thank you Skilynn.

It's a pretty nice place that's well stocked the people there are very nice and helpful. It's a very clean place. They also have deals on sale every week.

It's not bad for a small store. I've never had a problem shopping or with the staff, I have been there when there's been difficult customer's but that's any where even the Chino Hills store has it's days. Not everything is going to be at the stores, shipments purchases, check online with the stores closest to you & check the availability if it says low in stock it's best if you call, have them check & hold it for you.

Employees are so nice and so helpful they help me to find everything so fast and friendly great place to shop

I really like to do my shopping a Big 5 they have so many different kinds of things there and pretty good prices on the sale day so really good

I always enjoy coming to this Big 5. Their staff are always friendly and engaging. I've always been asked if I needed any help with any particular item or any questions. I always have fun perusing their knife display, and they don't seem to mind at all. They're always willing to show you anything you want to see, and I never feel rushed when I'm looking at an item. They deserve every bit of recognition, at least this particular location

Jerry in the shoe department was very helpful and friendly. He helped me find exactly what I needed.

I called in prior to going in to make sure that the item I wanted was available and the Customer Service on the phone was GREAT! Very quick to answer my questions and was not put on hold for a long time.
Right when I walked in the store I received a warm welcome and the item I had requested for was already standing by for me to purchase.

Good service by the store employees. Very attending to clients and courteous as the product was loaded into the car.

Visited the big 5 today looking for my daughter's soccer shoes which we saw online. An employee asked if we needed any assistance and quickly found the shoes we saw online. My daughter was fitted and we were out of there within 10 minutes. My daughter had a big smile on her face with her new soccer cleats as we departed the store. Big 5 also gives veterans a 10% discount. I wish all major store chains would offer a veterans discount. Will visit again.

I loved it they opened a little early than they were supposed to I was there at 9:25 they were already open which I was happy about I did not no the store I wasn't familiar with the store at all I asked one of the workers and she directed me right where I needed to go and I was in and out of that place within 10 minutes so I was very pleased

They were very helpful, kind and curtious . 1st of all we went there for my wife she needs shoes. When we got in the store she went straight for the bebe gun's counter and I went straight to the shoe's. Long story short I got me a pair of shoes and she tried to talk me into buying a bebe gun. Never the less great service with a smile. Hahaha

They helped us find a good tazer for protection I'd shop again they also helped explain the process of how to buy ammunition
