Avery and the staff at this store are excellent! I’ve been a Verizon customer for two decades and during my visit to this store, I (finally) felt listened to and helped with understanding and kindness. Thank you! These folks are professional, and were able to provide support and guidance. Thank you!! This store and location is a gem.

Could not be more happier with Ashay, Luis & Juan, who work in this store!! While in the store trading iPhones, Luis caught a fraudulent number in our account that a was created by an employee of a corporate store, costing us hundreds of dollars in the past 2 years. Ashay and Juan worked very diligently to rectify the situation, both having to make multiple phone calls to different managers. Had not been for Ashay and Juan, a very tough fight with the corporate store would've commenced, possibly leading into a lawsuit. Luis was very involved and helpful as well, getting me the new iPhone, case and screen protector that I wanted. All in all, I could not be more happier with these 3 gentleman, and their care to their customers!

Juan and jousting were amazing and helped me with multiple issues that I had. Come visit these guys. Very professional.

I bought a new phone yesterday, after procrastinating for years. I am an older consumer and was scared I would lose the contents of my old phone, worried I could not understand a new phone, etc.
Sarah is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! I had no wait time, she sat me down and explained EVERYTHING, took it step by step, reassured me at every turn, took all the time we needed. I cannot say enough good things about her.
I am sure the other staff are great-but Sarah just intuited that I wanted a purple phone, with a sparkle case. She got me right away.

Went to Verizon on 6/17 with two senior friends of mine. They wanted to get new "flip phones". We were assisted by Shakira Singleton. I cannot say enough about how helpful she was. She was patient and kind and the world needs more people like her! I will definitely go back there and recommend her services! Thanks Shakira!

Jakob the Store Manager was incredibly helpful in setting up our new devices, reviewing our plans to find us savings and take advantage of promotions.

Darrius was EXCELLENT- knowledgeable and helpful!! He helped me get everything I needed and taught me so much about how to get the most out of my new phone. Got us a big discount on an upgrade for our iPad that we wouldn’t have even known about! Great customer service, I’m thrilled!

This was probably one of the best experiences I have ever had with Verizon. They definitely went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for in regards to a new phone plan and upgrades. The manager Shay was amazing and went above and beyond to assist my dad and I with the best family plan to fit us. Our meeting with him was quick(ish) and easy (which is very rare when it comes to these types of transactions). They were extremely welcoming in the store, to not only us but others that walked in as well, and were not in a rush to kick is out even though we were still there after closing hours. I will definitely be returning to this location with any other needs I may have in regards to my phone.

I had a great experience with my mother at this location. I will definitely recommend going to this location over any others. Thomas the sales rep was very, very helpful. It's always nice to go to a store and have someone absolutely love their job and is very helpful and nice, especially during the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. He didn't rush us and took his time to explain everything without hesitation or rolling of the eyes. I will probably not go to any other Verizon location again. Wonderful experience!

Went in to switch open a new account at Verizon. Initially Prince helped me on the phone. When I went to the store he was busy with another customer and passed me over to Ty. Both gentlemen were excellent at answering my questions and responding to my concerns. I plan on switching another line to the new Verizon account and will be sure to return to this location to do so. The District Manager, Shay, was also very helpful. Very happy with the service I received.

We have been here a couple of times over the last few months. We worked with both Ty and Grace. They are both very courteous, competent, and personable. They made the experience better than expected!

I visited the Verizon Store at 2050 Western Avenue to purchase a new iPhone. Being a senior citizen and not very “computer savvy”, I was delighted to find 2 young people to help me. Grace and Ty were professional, polite, and patient, explaining everything very clearly to me.
They were a pleasure to work with, and were never condescending, as a great many young people are today, to the older generation. My dealing with them was a very pleasant experience.

Went in to upgrade my iPhone.
From the minute I walked through the door, I was treated excellent.
Doug and Darius worked together explaining options of the new phone and found some money saving options.
I can’t say enough about how nice it was being treated as a person and not as a number. Nice not being “Malled”

Went in to upgrade our phones, and Thomas was great...loved the fact that he explained everything perfectly, and didn't feel rushed. This is a great store and all the staff was very friendly. Shay, who I believe was owner, greeted all the customers and stopped by to each customer to see how everything was going. I use to go to the Central Ave. store, but I found this one to be much better, and by far more convenient.

My mother was looking to upgrade her phone and after a Google search I wanted to find a Verizon Store near by. I saw the reviews for this store and I'm happy I went with this store.
Prince and Darrius were extremely professional and easy to talk to. Answered all they questions that were asked. Their very knowledgeable of the products they sell. I'll be a returning customer.

Fantastic customer experience. Earlier this week, I came in with a difficult issue concerning my small business. Darrius and Prince took the time to brainstorm and come up with a creative solution which accomplishment my goal and saved me money. So appreciate your hard work and expertise.

The store manager, Darrius Titkanich was outstanding. He provided the best service that ever received. He even stayed an hour after closing to ensure that all of my pictures and data transferred to the new phone.
