I recently upgraded my phone at AT&T, and I must commend Slade for his amazing customer service. He patiently guided me through the process, answered all my questions, and ensured a seamless transition. Slade’s professionalism and friendly demeanor made the experience truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

Slade, the AT&T store manager, was awesome, friendly and crucial to my situation. I overheard another customer tell him he is worth his weight in gold. I found Slade to be very professional, extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to taking care of my situation! Ultimately my problem was resolved thanks to him.

I received excellent service today from store manager Mike and his team. I initially expected the account switch to take between 30-45 minutes. Mike got everything done in less than 10 minutes...professionally, quickly and super friendly. The whole experience was fantastic. This is the best AT&T store I have seen so far... Went to the store 40 min before closing and had an issue that left me with a dead phone. Louis helped me to resolve the issue and stayed a bit after closing to ensure I had a working phone. He was amazing and a huge life saver!

Michael helped me with my buisness account and did a wonderful job. He was extremely patient at we figure out what we needed and how to set up the account. He knew the answers to every question that I asked, and was extremely flexible with my requests. I came into this location a couple of weeks ago and upgraded my cell phone to a new iPhone! The person who helped me, Sarhada, was as unique and charming as her name! She was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped make this upgrade quick and easy. She also showed me all the new tricks and special features with the phone (switching from an android had me a little nervous) and I left feeling extremely happy with my purchase. Great customer service, inviting atmosphere & awesome product knowledge. So glad I chose to visit this location!

After years of service through Sprint, I decided to switch to AT&T. The service I received from Mike was phenomenal. Mike not only assisted with my situation he was also working diligently to help with multiple issues as customers arrived. How nice it is to have true customer service again! Thank you Mike! ☺

I had an amazing experience at this At&T store. I switched my cell service to AT&T because my previous cell company had very poor customer service. I was shocked how friendly and knowledgeable all the AT&T reps were. However, Robert was the shining star, he took the time to look at my plan and make adjustments to accommodate my needs and save me money on a monthly basis!! My experience was was so exceptional that I stop in every once in a while to have Robert replace my screen protector, even though I could probably do it my self! Well done AT&T!

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Mr. Taylor H Att Store Manager. Mr. Taylor's Emotional Intelligence including his Customer Service aptitude is by far the best display of professionalism I have experience in a long time at a retail store. Mr. Taylor saved what I considered a disastrous experience at another ATT location. He took the time to listen, show empathy but most important provided support and solve the problem which by the way not even the ATT Customer Tech Dept. was able to solve. Thank you Taylor, you just acquire a new customer.

Been using this location since they opened several years ago, even though we have another AT&T store closer to us. The staff here has always been most helpful. Just upgraded phones and had the best customer service with 3 different staffers. Highest of recommendations.
