Was a great experience. Alex was fantastic . Awesome employee . He stayed past closing hours to make sure my new phone was updated and working properly. He is a keeper. I would go back to that store just because of the customer service by Alex

If you want great service ask for Dalton. He was super helpful! His patience does not go unnoticed, he was the only person in the store and helped a line full of people and nobody felt uncomfortable. The store was closing and I ended up buying an iPhone 12 mini (on sale btw) !! I’m excited, I’ve gotten so much work done already and anytime I’ve had questions I’ve been able to call the store and Dalton and Joey (manager) handled it with ease. Thanks guys I’ll be telling all of my friends to come grab a phone!

The sales agent showed a great sense of patience with both me and my wife as I know I can be very forceful when I make any purchase, just bad habits, but the guy remained calm and was very good at his job,THANK YOU VERY MUCH Mr. Davis

AT&T Bel Air mall store: Joey was fantastic and even answered some questions regarding my account. He transferred a lot of data from my old phone that I needed. The only other thing that I'd like transferred is some messages, I will be going back this week and if it's possible I'm sure he will do it for me.

Iam a TMobil/Sprint customer and was waiting for the sttore to open, but it never did. The phenomenon gentlemen at rhe AT&T in Harford Mall store across the hall saw me waiting and came to my rescue!! I needed a screen protector for my new phone and they saved the day! They were polite, personable, funny, professional, and totally made my day and fixed my phone
