Old Navy

Went in to return products that v were wrong size. Staff was nice and helpful.
Store looked clean and organized however, I would rather shop on line than at store. Most times I cannot find sizes at store

The store can be disorganized sometimes, but this is the nature of the beast with retail. I've shopped at this location for years because it's closest to my house and the staff is always helpful and pleasant. Old Navy also seems to be the only affordable brand that makes pants for women with huge hips and a tiny waist so I am a long time customer.

Today I had to make an exchange that was kind of a weird scenario. Typically the exchange I was asking for was against policy but the manager was helpful regardless because the item I purchased was damaged in a way that was definitely manufacturing related.

She was very firm at explaining the policy, but was flexible with a "this time only" exception. I appreciate the professionalism from the manager and the cashier who helped. 5 stars for the staff.

PS, clearance at this store is always BOSS stuff.

My favorite place to go to get clothes for my sons and I. I hate clothes shopping, but Old Navy is easy to shop at; I can run in, find what I need, and get out quickly. And the prices are usually pretty good. It's funny, it's one of the few stores I've visited where the price for items at the register often ring up less than the price on the tag, for no apparent reason. That's always nice.

She found a pair of pants to replace the ones I was returning that were about a fabric that I like and she ordered a sweatshirt in the right size for me on the spot so that I did not have to do it. I love their customer service. Which is always exemplary!

Hello people of Old Navy. I had a wonderful experience with a young boy named Cameron. He looked to be about 6ft with some hair but he was delightful. I loved him. Such an angel. Helped me get just the right jeans that fit me PERFECT!! Would shop again!!! Thanks cameron!!

The store is very clean and the dressing rooms are open. Lots of things on sale due to the season change. The staff was very accommodating as well. I would sign up for the rewards as well since currently they are doing a new member sign up bonus.

One of the employees, Cameron was his name, quite tall, was a very helpful and very nice guy. He should definitely get a raise or something. He was very understanding and didn’t just “push me off”. He was very into his job.
