i had such a good experience today, 5/13 at ~7pm that I am literally sitting in the parking lot writing this review.

the employees of this store are absolutely amazing. i just got into crocheting and had ventured out for my first yarn purchase. i was STOKED to find really nice yarn on sale. problem was i clearly cannot read and only certain colors of the yarn were part of the deal. the kind employees very gently explained it was due to the colors, and then worked together to swap out the color i had brought to the register with a similar one that was actually on sale.

they could’ve just let me pay full price, but they went out of their way to ensure i was still getting a good deal. i wish i would’ve gotten their names so i could praise them better, but just know the employees here will take good care of you as a customer :)

Cannot say enough positives about this location. I use them for all of my framing needs and they have done an amazing job every time. Wonderful value, high quality work and when given the opportunity, they are very creative! A+ customer service every time.

Got exactly what I was after quickly on a low budget art adventure.
Just wanted access to watercolors while on vacation when I didn't think to pack my stuff from home. Michael's had everything I needed to get started for around 30 bucks, amen.

I needed to have an art print I had framed at Michael's fixed. Rebecca was very helpful and fixed it free of charge since it was framed by them originally. They did such a wonderful job, that I brought in 2 other pictures I needed adjusted. It was a very reasonable price and done in 1 day. 5 stars for friendly staff and quality of workmanship. Thanks

Periodically I get to go to Michael’s in person… But most of the time I shop on my Michaels app... and if there’s a problem with my shipment they always take good care of me. I found this place to be fun and inviting and I was like a kid in a candy shop! I’m an artist… And I have plenty to choose from… And I also have begun to create artesian jewelry made from recyclable materials that I find outside, (hiking in the woods,). They had some really fantastic treasures that I could utilize in my creations… I was so impressed! I don’t know what’s more fun… Ordering online or going in person!

The best store for framing,custom framing crafts home decor anything that you need to make they have it all

Delicious food as always! We had burger, gryo, and kids meals... never disappointed!

Michaels is a great craft store with many assorted crafting accessories. We went to find a few small red cardinals and small plastic bird eggs for a bird nest display.
We happily found all we were looking for and checked out easily within a few min. The store is a bit cramped in some places, but you can easily walk through. Note: if you are looking for simulated gemstones, you won't find any here. Otherwise, they have a great selection of everything else.

Had what I needed waterproof decoupage for a little free library im making. The decoupage was cheaper than hobby lobby.

They were very helpful yesterday with all my questions. Lots of teammates busy stocking shelves but still helped me. I'll definitely go again. And the order online for the discount and pick up on the store was easy. They even let me cancel the order and purchase a different color and gave me the discount.

Went to pick up a for things for a hobby. Cashier asked if I was a rewards and I said no, she used a 60% off entire order on my purchase from her personal rewards. Store was very clean, organized. Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable on what i needed.

As I was shopping for some art supplies, I came across a lot of areas that offered a great priced clearance section.
Also, I ALWAYS find a michaels 20% off coupon on the website (just screen shot it & the cashier will scan it).

Had exactly what I came in for. . . My only direct criticism of this particular brick and mortar location. . . would be. . . a general lack of on the floor store reps. . . visibly milling about from aisle to aisle @ the ready to offer their assistance with customer inquiries. . . But the general customer service was very solidly provided and pleasingly received.

Wide variety. Great sales. Helpful staff. Good signage and organization. Really love their jewelry section. I do wish their coupons would cover cricut maker and other cutters and tools.

I can always find things very easily when I'm shopping in the store and it's easy for to go there by bus 6 out of 7 days a wk. I can always find someone to help me to find something that I'm looking for. Thank you for the positive experience that your wonderful employees on the way the make me feel like I'm a member of the Michaels craft store family.
